Craigens Garage made by experience with U-Haul a comforting feeling. The people were very pleasant and assisted me with a car transport trailer hookup. The individual assisting me explained all my concerns and safety questions.i will definitely use U-Haul in the future if needed.

Ronald MI tried calling the location beforehand 4 different times to clarify some details, but the phone listed on the website was not working properly, it wouldn't even ring and the automated message would say that ”The person you are trying to reach has the voicemail that hasn't been set up yet, please call again later".

Barbara WTook way too long to get the contract right so I could pick up the trailer and be on my way. I was there for nearly 2 hours waiting on the person to show up and then struggling to get the price correct on the contract.

Matt MWe rent U-Haul car haulers frequently to haul antique cars. My husband was in MS and wanted to bring a car back home 5 hours away. His business was pretty much turned away because he didn't have a reservation. Why would we reserve a trailer if we didn't know we were going to need one? I don't recommend this location
Johnny NEducate the staff on the different equipment you provide. Although they may be commonly confused, a moving company should know the difference between a hand truck and a furniture dolly. And if a customer is expecting a dooly, he should get a dolly. And employees at the front desk should be able handle a simple check in that was mostly done online.
