Short staffed. Blankets ordered were not with the uhaul. I had to drive to another place. Also, I had to wait 10-minues for the supervisor to respond to the pictures the attendant took to approve the connection to my car!DAVID P.

The Ratchets on the car trailer are a pain. They did not want to loosen the straps when released. I had to fight it for 15 minutes to get the straps loose enough to load the car and get the straps over the front tires. I've driven flatbeds for 20+ years so I know how they're supposed to work. The ramp on the truck we rented was hard to get in and out... took a lot of our time... the movers we hired through you guys did not show up on time and I had to move heavy furniture 5 weeks postpartum c section... because they did not show up for the time we scheduled... we said 10am and they said they would be there between 10 and 1... they met us at the second location at 11:55... we're done by 12:30 and we still had to pay to have them 4 hours as scheduled even though they helped for less than 1 hour.....Milton G.

I received great service from the lady that helped me when I picked up the van. I could not get the U-haul app to work for pickup or return due to the fact it couldn't determine my location. There should be a way to manually input your location. I dropped the keys in the box and she checked it in for me when they opened the next morning. All in all it went great for me and the van worked perfectly. If I need it again I will definitely remember this location. Thanks, JeffJeffrey B.

I don't have any reason not to recommend it but i would suggest they make the night drop box more prominent...They had it attached to their general mail box and i returned it at night. Its not visible nor is it close to where you would park the car to leave it overnight. Thankfully they didnt charge me for an extra day, but it was a pain pointCRYSTAL F.

I reserved my truck two days in advance of my needed date. Don had a very difficult time helping me make my reservation and had a get help from Cindy. Between the two employees, it took them about 35 minutes to make the reservation. When I showed up to pick up my truck, Don somehow had difficulty making the system work. It took him 45 minutes to process the paperwork. Also my wife got a call from another U-Haul location saying a reservation was made there and they had 2 trucks waiting for me. How did this happen? Customer service agent was new and needs more training. He incorrectly told me the rate for the small truck was the same as a van, 19,99 $ plus mileage. However when I arrived at the location I was told the price is 100 $for the day with 31 miles free. I believe it was an honest mistake given his short time on the job.Robert M.

It took a long time to validate my license. Also, when I took the pictures of my license, there wasn't a frame to help me line up my card as requested. There were 2 spaces to park the truck for drop off, but the previous customer didn't park inside the lines , which forced me to get close to the incline leading to the street. It would be helpful to remind customs to park between the lines when they take the picture of their parking spot at drop off.Trent P.

The truck was in good condition and worked for all of our needs. However the contactless pick-up was not so contactless. After finding our truck we waited for approval for nearly 40 mins. We ended up having to get assistance from the on site office to receive our key instead of using a designated dropbox as shown on the videos.Austin S.

I don't understand if I'm paying for milage, why do I need to put money in the gas tank?. Does not right. What's the point of renting it at 14,95 $ if the total comes to 70 $. Is cheaper to use your own car for 40 miles of use if you don't have furniture, then to rent a truck. I recently moved from McKinney tx to Garland tx and use my car. I did 3 trips of 36 miles each trip it came up to 20 $to filled up my gas tank again, and that included picking up my friend from Lewisville.Aida S.
