This was not my first pick up location. I was originally scheduled to pick up a 20 ft trailer at the Broadway location. They did not have that due to another customer not returning the rental to the right location. I had to drive to Crestwood to pick up a 15 ft trailer. I would love to get some sort of refund for having to drive to a new location and getting a 15 ft instead of a 20 ft truck.Anthony E.

Horrible. You sent me a link for self service checkout so I did that. Everyone is not able to unhook a trailer but that's what was required. I watched the video on â€œReturning a trailerâ€ and did what I could. I was supposed to place the trailer in a parking space. I managed to unhook it but when I tried to roll it to a parking space it rolled away and took me with it, making me fall face first on the pavement and I injured myself. The trailer kept going. The only thing that stopped it was a second line of parking space markers. Otherwise it would have rolled right into oncoming traffic, possibly causing a serious accident. Then some guy comes out in a tie dyed shirt looking at the truck. I thought he was looking for a rental. He asked if the truck was damaged. Why? I completed the self check out and ignored the guy. Then I locked the truck and headed to the key drop box. Only then did he say â€œI work for U-Haulâ€. What! Why am I dealing with this truck by myself then. Then he says, â€œThe trailer is not on our lotâ€. Now U-Haul please tell me how I'm supposed to move this trailer around on a slope. I cannot. I told him that I was not moving it. I told him that I don't work for U-Haul and this was upsetting that I had to do e everything by myself. He said, â€œwell you could have come in.â€ Come in where? As far as I knew I was suppose to self service drop this truck and trailer off. Then he said he was located inside the laundrymat next door. How am I supposed to know that? So he went and got it. That was very dangerous and could have gone much worse than it did. I do not recommend using Crestsoid Self Storage due to lack of signage (no posted hours) a lack of a visable customer counter, and a sloping parking lot where equipment can barrel though and possibly kill someone. Then there was a key drop box but it was locked. Your employee did not have on a name tag and I didn't know he even worked for U-Haul. I ended up with a busted lip, facial and hand lacerations as well as two bruised knees and a sore hand. I will never trust you all again.Latisha R.

Eget a phone service that doesn't make a customer wait 30+ minutesâ€¦a disgrace. Get an online service that doesn't kick the applicant off line every time you try to sign in. In a word your customer service in a â€œ disgraceâ€. Anyone in charge of this fiasco should be fired immediately! Even your operators complain of the slow service. Get ut right, or get out!!!!! Great experience for a new place. Rented a small 4x8 trailer. Had called prior to pickup and they were prompt with the phone to confirm availability. At the place, the folks were courteous and helped with hopkup and explained all details well at pickup and dropoff. They all wore masks at all times.RAYMOND D.

The owners of this location seemed very unfamiliar with the whole rental process. I had used the UHaul online rental service on my phone and had given all the required information and yet when we arrived a very rude man yelled at us from the door and had us come into the building and went through all of the information that I had already given on my phone through my account. My phone was giving me the message that my rental was all set, but the two men inside were asking for all the same information and clearly confused by the entire process. The main problem was that they were quite rude about it as well. When they finally figured out their computer system the man slammed the keys down on the counter and said â€œThere ya goâ€ This was located inside a laundry mat, which also seems strange. I will never use this location again. There is another one in my area that I have used before and it was a much better experience. If the online and contactless rental process is available then it should run much more smoothly without having to give the same information over and over again and certainly without rude and confused people handling the rentals.PATRICK M.
