Location operator was fantastic. Trailer tires were aired up and in good condition everything was as advertised. FYI, tail lights and brake lights workedRunning lights didn't work on the trailer

I made a reservation at crestwood location but my car hauler was sent to a different location. When I did go to pickup my unit I was quoted a different price than the price I was given at the time I reserved the hauler. Overall this was not a good experience, I don’t fault Crestwood location I blame the online reservation process
RODNEY SThe total cost of the rental was over $100.00 more than I expected to pay. There was an extra $55.00 rental fee I wasn't aware of on top of all the other charges, even though I returned the truck early. I picked up the u-haul at 8am and returned it by 5pm same day. I had to stop twice to get gas, I spent $65 in total on gas alone for the truck. The tires were low on air, the truck makes a clicking sound when driving and the breaks need to be replaced. When stopping at a red light etc it was hard to push the breaks to stop in a timely manner even when the truck was empty. Next time I need a truck to move I don't think I'll be using U-Haul.
CARISSA MOh boy, this place has taken uhual off the the table for any future rental. 1) piss poor signage to even find the place is it’s mixed in with 10 other unmarked businesses. 2) the drop off area, is a legit scrap yard with tore apart vehicles everywhere. So hard to turn around and park the trailer anywhere 3) I got parked with my trailer, NO one is working, NO one picks up phone. Trailer is stuck to my truck. I’m shit out of luck. I drive to another location, the staff comes out right away with car jack, and tell me” this is normal the 12 foot ones are to heavy to lift off. SO WHY EXPECT A FREAKING CUSTOMER TODO IT. and then them to a junk yard by them self todo it.. Never again solely because of the drop off location will I return to U-Haul
