No issues with drop off other than u-haul app not recognizing my location.

Art FThe location was great. However, U-haul never called me to confirm my reservation or give me instructions. There was someone there to help us thanks to pure luck and then we had to wait an additional 30 minutes because U-haul never called to let the Crossroads Garage know about our reservation. I was given minimal direction and instruction. No follow through or instruction on how to return the truck once we were done. I happened to look hours after we parked it. If I get an additional charge I will be contacting U-haul and I will not use their services again. Great location, awful follow through on U-haul's end

Kris MI did have to go back in the shop and get the guy to wait on me. There was no one in the "office" and no way to notify the "shop" that I was there. But once I got their attention, I was taken care of satisfactorily.
John BI was never able to get ahold of anyone at this location. I called many times over about 2 hours. I finally just hooked up to a trailer and left.
Kyle KCheck all fluid levels and make sure all fluid application are working properly. The Wiper Washer did not work so I unplugged the pump tapped it several times and plugged it back in and it began working.
Max PEverything was wonderful. Very lovely staff and the equipment was just as needed. I would highly recommend this location. Everyone was so nice and easy going. Merci.
Jason BWe ordered a 26’ truck to pick up in morris, Il and drop off in Paxton, Il but that did NOT happen had to go to Watseka which to be a 7am pick in morris and the guy said we could get earlier over the phone but when we call back Friday night they said nope 8am then got to Watseka and couldn’t get the 24/7 to work took 40 minutes to get ahold of someone horrible service.
