Quick and easy drop off. I mentioned a reverse light that we noticed was out and they immediately checked it. Great experience

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe only issue i had was the barrage of emails that were constant. Other than that, all went well.
Kevin SI would recommend but I was told by corporate U-Haul that this location was open from 10-12 on Sunday. It was not. I had to call and wait. Fortunately the owner allowed me to take the trailer after sending pictures of DL and hook up. If the trailers were locked up I wouldn't have been able to get my trailer. Need to update information with the U-Haul person who calls and verifies time/date of rentals.

Joaquin LMy family's from Watseka and I had an opportunity on a Sunday to come pick up Granny's dressers. Colt went above and beyond to help make this happen. Even gave us a call back while we were on the road to Wisconsin. High Five - Great Service - Thank You So Much! Love from Wisconsin <3 :)
