sisay bI'm not familiar with many UHaul locations. This place wasn't horrible. The location was convenient. It appeared to be a gas station but the open sign wasn't lit up so was apprehensive at first. The rep was pleasant and helpful. Regarding the trailer, the left tire strap and been severed and made it impossible to use without getting another strap. The rear passenger side tire had 9 psi. I filled it up and hoped it would hold, and it did fine but was appearing low again at the end of the trip. I was wishing there had been a spare.
MICHAEL TThe location is filthy.. The trailer had no tongue jack making it virtually impossible to connect without assistance. Also the trailer tongue and other parts were covered in grease. For the amount I paid for the rental I was very disappointed.
PAUL HTo start off with truck was dirty ran like shit had no AC he dismissed everything it's not my first experience with this gentleman seems to think that there's plenty of customers out there does not need to conform or make people happy furthermore I had an emergency at home this morning where the lady across the street had no vehicle and her child needed to get to emerge that screwed up my schedule to drop off the U-Haul but I made it happen I was able to be there an hour and 15 minutes late to the 24-hour rental he insisted that I had to pay for another day and I asked him to please understand two things the emergency across the street that also made me misplace my phone so when I got back home I had to scrounge around and try to remember where I set it down quickly he could care less I think it was a gouging $29 that I shouldn't have had to pay nobody was sitting there waiting he claimed there was but there wasn't he is just an ass and I don't think that it's right to charge me $29 I almost made him give me the keys and I almost parked the truck around the corner for the day because now he could rent it out make another 29 and the kilometers on the truck and I thought why am I going to play this game truth be told I think this guy this vendor should not even exist I think it hurts your reputation as a U-Haul brand and should be more caring on who serves your brand it is not just about the availability but it is about the image I know this because I'm currently working on my business and it's not easy I am struggling with guys struggling with even acquiring one because my image matters I hope you guys can rectify the issues in this location they have a very low rating and I now understand why thank you for your time and I will not be using that location ever again and I will not promote it in any given way in fact if I could I would protest it against it I'm that upset not a care in the world that guy.
Steven SOne tire on trailer was pretty wore. Would have liked to see better tires. Worked but should have had better tires for safety reasons.

I needed a Tarp but they had almost empty shelves. it was on a small untidy old gas station, no assistance was given to install the trailer on my suv hitch. trailer tires and chains were all rusted and support rubber to hold the chains was torn and missing on the other chain.
Michael CLocation is very convenient, but could really use a good clean up. The store is a filthy mess. The truck I got had a full fuel tank, and had no trash in it, but it wasn't what I'd call "clean".

LONG Lat first, when I registered the U-Haul, they sent me to the wrong address so I went to the place that I thought they had sent me too, but the man informed me I was at the wrong U-Haul but he still continue to accommodate me and fix up my problem, which I really really appreciate it

Grace WGas Plus office was dirty and dis-organized. Only a single person operating the entire location. Tongue jack on the trailer was pretty much seized. No spare tire for the trailer. Ridiculous drop off fee of $500 to drop trailer in another city. I had to cancel my previously arranged trip because the trailer I reserved in that city was not available when the 24 hr notice was sent by Uhaul. What good is a reservation if it is subject to last minute availability? On a positive note the staff on the 1-800 line were very fast and efficient.

Andrea KThe blankets were dirty and dusty feeling. The store looked like an abandoned building or some kind of forgotten road side gas station from the eightes. Cleaning and organizeing would be a good start for feed back. Tennant was helpful with hooking up the truck to the trailer.

Andrey Kthe tires had low air pressure and the rear right signal light was broken. I am renting again on Sunday and hoping this is fixed because its not safe to drive without a rear signal light in the city.

WENZHEN LNot full gas tanks lead to confusion when returning because you don't know how much gas it takes to fill to a specific point. I had to put in $10 extra when returning and it overfilled from where I received it. I was also told to clean the interior when that's how I received it. Luckily the $25 cleaning was waved since it wasn't my mess and I didn't have to clean it.
