make the reservation system provided to the guys who run the location easier for them to use, they clearly knew what they were doing but had to battle against counter intuitive reservation systems and stuff to get our estimate and actual reservation and check back in done. They were great people.

Not very friendly. I expect that with customer service. My biggest complaint is how rude the man was when I returned the U-Haul. I had used a couple of small pieces of clean cardboard to protect the dining table that I moved with this trailer. I had forgotten they were in there, and he acted like it was a major deal. He told me that if he had to take them out of the trailer and throw them away, then he was going to charge me extra. He was not joking! What a major asshole. I worked for Hertz for many years and gladly cleaned up way worse with no extra charges to my customers. I would have never treated a customer the way this man treated me. I am still mad about it, and I know that I will drive the extra miles to rent from the other Marquette location the next time.

Your reservation system sucks. I try to reserve a trailer at a time and location that works for me. While I am traveling to the destination, your reservation team changes it to a different location and later time that causes chaos for me and my plans. This has been the norm every time I rent from U-haul. U-haul reservations gets a half star rating everytime.

One of our trailer lights were out when we got back from the dealer with it and upon re-attaching the trailer to our car, it would not latch! Super difficult after repeatingly asking if this was okay to do. Uhauls were also burried in a snow bank making it difficult to get hooked up in the first place. Had to drive over 1000 miles without correct working equipment made it a much more stressful drive than it needed to be!

Nobody was there when the trailer was dropped off this time, but in June when a trailer was dropped off at this location, the personnel received a good grade.

The back of the truck was clean but the cab was not. The cup holders and dash were gross and there was dirt and dog hair on the floor and seats. The customer service was very good. Thank you!

The rental was done online. When I made a change on day two I called the MAIN U-Hual nu and visited. They told me the extra day was $20 and there WOULD NOT BE any additional insurance charge. When I got the bill POST return, when we were told no additional charge I get a bill on my CC for $20, plus tax plus an additional $11 for insurance. This was in the opposite of what I was told. This has NOTHING to do with either location, but is the home office 800 nu office issue. I was told NO charge and then was. NOT a good customer service situation. So what are you going t
