Nice guys but no signage in front to direct trucks behind the shopping center. No signage in back of building.

Chris MLocation owner was very professional and super helpful. He took the time to help me complete the checkin process using the mobile app. My only recommendation for UHaul would be to improve their mobile app which was hard to use to complete the process. The scanner was not working properly and spent good amount of time trying to scan my ID. Thankfully, location owner was super nice and helpful and was able to fix it after multiple attempts.

Bozena SWhen someone drops off a truck, and you say you are going to check it in, don’t wait till the next morning to check it in. It should be checked in immediately so the customer has confirmation there are no issues or unexpected charges

Lee CYour agent is not honest ,the contractor refuse to give a receipt for the final total charges. They charged my credit card for 4 different amounts multiple time. The receipt did reflected the charge total. Estimated was $106,45 at beginning Charges : 106,45+72,84 +36,42+45,36 I returned this equipment at 8h30. I rented for 10hrs Sat 05/14/2022 11h30 am to 8h30 pm = 9hrs Very very suspicious
MARIE LI initially requested the van to be picked up at 9am but the reservation was changed to 10am. When I got to the location the van was unlocked but the keys were not where it had indicated on the pickup my van area. When I was told by a uhaul rep to go into the location and have them give me the key the location was closed even though it stated they opened at 10am. When they finally opened the guy did not want to give me the key because he was waiting for a so called dispatch even though I'd recieved the approval from online checkin and made payment. When I asked why was the key inside the location and not where it stated in the van he stated "there was a confusing. We thought the key was outside but it was truly inside the location". Not only was I an hr behind from the time change of my reservation the guy also wasted 25mins of my time trying to get "dispatch information" to give me the keys. I would refer anyone here or would I use them to reserve in the future.

Steve MKeys weren't available on Mon morning like your app said it was. no one at business and it took multiple phone calls to finally pick-up the Van at 12:30. Van had low tire indication when I picked it up. No working radio. When i returned it they didn't assist in anyway other than to park in the back and drop the key in the box. They didn't want to check it in and never even told me to use the app which I tried to use when I got home with no luck. A complete nightmare experience.
Kerry SFirst, I paid for a dolly and didn't get one. Second, I did everything on the app and I went to get the Uhaul at 6am, got a key and the key was for a van, not the 15 foot truck. I had to wait until 10 am because that's when the place opened. Set me back 4 hours plus. Got charged for everything. What a total disaster. Never again.

PAMELA AMy husband inadvertently left a bottle of water in the cab and some blue tape on the floor, the van was swept, they charged $25 dollars for cleaning I rent U-Hauls all the time, a few times they have not been clean I called and talked to Eric who thought a bottle and blue tape made it dirty !!! Total robbery Also when I picked up the truck the fuel was not full I told Eric this he said it was and that he had checked it in that morning I told him it was not, so I only went I believe thirteen miles, and paid $18 to fill it up 郎
Barbara BThe trailer was dropped off but when the driver asked for a receipt he did not get one. They had to go back to the location and request one. I finally received one in an email saying trailer was returned.
