I was somewhat disappointed to have at the last minute my location change as the location. I selected the equipment from was near my home and where I was moving to, so my mileage would've been much less. That was u hauls issue and not related to this location

Nothing - I found the staff ( Penny) absolutely amazing. So helpful - deciding on type of rental and how to make it work for me was the best. I will definitely return to this site for future rentals and tell my friends and neighbors

Nothing against them but uhaul gave us such a bad experience overall I would never recommend them.

It was my first time using this location for a rental. It was very quick and the service rep was very obliging. I completed the transaction, the haul and the return of the van all within one hour. All of the rental information (mileage, gas tank) was accurate.

It was closed on Sunday I just had to put key where they have a sign for keys for U-Haul and park truck

I returned my rental truck through the app and it was easy to use

The UHaul app is hard to use. At every turn. The app would go down durning checking. You shouldn't be allowed to use the app until all necessary information is loaded, driver verified. You should be able to checkin using the code. Not every location has good wifi. The app needs lots more eork.

The experience went o.k. and the customer service phone calls I had were very polite and helpful. BUT...considering I made a reservation well in advance of my trip, I was pretty frustrated to receive many change texts and emails in the 24 hours prior to my reservation that changed the size of my truck as well as the pick-up time and location. Because we were already in motion, the time changes were unacceptable. What is the point of the reservation if you get nothing the way you reserve it??? We were able to get a truck earlier so the timing could work, but it was bigger than we wanted and from a different location after hours needing us to use the Truck Share process. This worked, but was stressful as it was after hours and we needed things to work out.

Arrangements were made through another U-Haul office and the actual vehicle was not available. However, This location worked out a solution very close to closing and saved the day.

The rubber mat in the back of the van was ripped made it difficult to load items

I needed a U-Haul truck right away to move a table set and the lady in the office was very helpful. Only needed it for about an hour. It was quick and easy.

Lady was VERY confusing about how much gas was in truck snd how much too bring it back with . I had NO idea what she was talking about. NEVER had anyone be so confusing before . I am 70 and have rented many uhauls over the last 49 years !!! Then on top of that when we did try to put gas in truck ot was impossable to remove the cap on gas tank . My young strong helper tried for 5 minutes !! When we went back to Crown storage . Woman did not want to tale to me because " she was in her lunch break " !! I am Disabled with a teally painful hip . I can NOT stand over 2 minutes and my cat and dog were in the car in the sun !! She did not care at all . Her husband came out with the biggest wrench I have ever seen the type you use on a D8 Catapiller bulldozer to opened the gas tank . What the heck ?? How were we supposed to ever gas it up ourselves. I said I refuse to get ripped off I will nor pay and extra 31,87 . And if you charge me I will call my Bank and file as dispute. He turned his back and closed the door in my face !! Worst experance I have ever had in 49 years of renting from uhaul . No I would strongly suggest using a differant uhaul neighborhood dealer in the Redding area or main uhaul on Cypress Ave.

When the time we pick up the car the lady gave us a wrong key. The gas only 1/2 and the paper showed more than that. We cleaned the car when we returned and we got charged for $25 cleaning fee. That is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truck was completely garbage loss of power an barely could make it up a small hill, the truck also was dirty I had to sweep it.

The location and customer service was excellent. The van was older, which is fine, but it made a really bad engine noise when accelerating. Something was not normal, even for a van with 147 000 miles. My biggest issue was the cost. Claiming $29,99 a day plus $1 something per mile is fine. But I had the van for 3 hours, drove it for maybe 20 miles, and my total cost was $140. That's just not right.

The guy at the Cypress St. location was supposed to reserve a pick-up hear ,but got there ,and he had Reserved it at a different location ,so had to wait till the next day to rent the truck! Have you people at the cypress st. Location pay attention to what there doing the manager at this location Said the people at cypress st. Do this all the time!! 路‍♂️樂樂樂勞勞勞
