Location not big enough to park 26ft trucks. I arrived to drop off my truck and had nowhere to park it. Finally had to park along side street and go inside to let the people inside know they needed to move it as soon as possible. I will not be using this drop off location again.
Herbert KThis location was part of another business, wasn't easy to get to and appeared a little sketchy as well as no U-Haul staff available. Was concerned about leaving the truck I had rented since no one in that office was doing a standard check-in for the vehicle which I have never experienced before. Received phone call 5 days after dropping off from management of U-Haul wondering where the truck was at so I had to verify that I had left it at that site but Kim was extremely helpful and thorough and took care of everything. Regardless, I would still use U-Haul again. Thank you Kim!
TINA SThe truck I paid for wasn't available when I got there. They didn't leave the key in the truck. The manger did nothing to help or make it right. His name is Tony. Never do business with 415 marine boulevard!!!! I had to wait until the next day to get a truck from a different UHaul place. I had to get a bigger truck then the one I wanted. Lost a day of work because of this and had to pay for extra Uber rides to get to the uhaul place the following day. I reached out to Tony several times you make the situation right: he could care less. I'm extremely disappointed in the service from that location.
JENNIFER MRental truck was due back before 12pm day of drop off. I returned truck at 10am. Person taking the keys said his manager would have to check truck in and should be there shortly. I called back at 1pm since I had not received my receipt and was told mgr was not there and nothing he could do until mgr showed up. I was concerned that since the truck had not been checked in at 10am when I dropped it off and it was now 1pm I would be charged for another day. I finally received my email with receipt showing my drop off time of 10am the next day. If the person that was there when I dropped off the truck could have explained that I had nothing to worry about it would have been a much better experience. I have rented with U-Haul before and not experienced this delay in email receipt. I will definitely use U-Haul again but not use this drop off location

Dayton WImprove website, it kept crashing trying to do mobile pickup. On hold for 25 minutes. I tried to go in the office but apparently you're closed on weekends so there wasn't anyone to help me with the pickup process. Dropping off you have me two different locations. I went to one of them and was told I'm at the wrong one then had to drive even further.
Ian SFirst they postponed our pickup 2 hours, then no one was there to give us the truck. We had to call all over to get someone there and had to wait another hour.

There were no other UHauls present at this location, and it was a car wash so I had to double check the address multiple times. However, I eventually just trusted the process and left the truck here and found the key drop.

Pearl WNo signage or other indication this was a U-Haul drop off point. Had an employee not been on site on a day the facility was usually closed, I would not have known to leave the equipment there.
Ivey CWhen I arrived to pick up the truck it took longer than expected because i had to wait for you guys to do the approval. The furniture dolly and appliance dolly was not located inside the truck and you guys had charged me for these two items. When I contacted customer service the person I spoke with told me to go to a uhaul location to pick up the furniture dolly and appliance dolly, when I got there the person behind the counter told us they lied to us and should have not told us to go to their location. They did not have any furniture dollys or appliance dollys. I kept getting the run around!!!! I contacted customer service and asked for a refund since I never received the furniture dolly and appliance dolly. The gas was not filled up at all, it was almost empty!!! This was such a horrible experience!
Marta MThey didn't seem to know what they were doing, and had to call the corporate office to help with the transaction. However, the location was very close to where we picked up merchandise so it was very convenient.
Paul KMixed vibes about this place. There were no other U-Hauls there so I wonder if their shortcomings were because they are no longer interested in dealing with the issues. Drop box did not look secure. The store was clean and the people inside were nice. It seemed like they thought dealing with me was an inconvenience. I wish I had chosen another drop off location but I appreciate that things ended on a positive note.
TERRI QI reserved my truck for Saturday morning at 8:30, but on Friday morning during my workday I got a call asking me if I could come pick it up then, instead of the next day. While I wasn't charged for this, I had to rush over during my short lunch break from work in order to pick up the truck to accommodate their needs, and it was stressful. I'm not sure if I could have said no or not, but I didn't feel comfortable trying. Other than that, they were very accommodating and kind.

Paul JThe. Agent told me to have the trailer back by 6p.m. and wd got there at 5:45 and i was told i was late and charged for another day. Upon questioning he replied that he misinformed me. I shouldn't have had to pay for his mistake.

ANGELOISMEAL MI rent the truck online to a different location and when i got there to pick it up the person in charge told me the guy who rented it the day before decide to extend and nobody call me to give me a option or to send me to a different location so I call the company complaining because now i didnt have a truck after i rent it and they kept trsnsfering my call until and finally got to this location. No one offer me an apologize or anything and now i spent more gas in my car when you charge me a dollar for every mile, so next time make sure you call a customer to explain the situation before he drives all the way to the location to find there is no truck for him. I am not complaining about this location, i am complaining about the company in general
Luis RThe trailer brake surge system malfunctioned causing the trailer to constantly slam into my hitch both loaded and unloaded. Trailer would not apply brakes as it should.

Katie WDid not tell me winsheid was cracked across windshield in the middle of driver’s site line and it had a very loud wind noise in cabin from dash after 50 mph that I had to deal with for 2000 miles.other than that the engine and driveline worked well.And the online pick up and drop off did not work at all
Thomas SWhen I get there it was hard to get into the parking lot the guy inside was very nice my I had a cash deposit they had to refund me and he was calling his boss and everything else because they didn't have the cash to give me back at the end he was able to find the money to give me they wanted me to come back later in the evening and I told them that I could not so they were able to find the money to give me then
ROBIN SCheck out locations that are renting U-haul equipment for you. Some like this one. Was dirty looking and the building was old with junk around it.

AShton GThere's no key drop off!!!!!!!!! My mom had to return the rental and the online check in required location so my sister had to login to my account to verify location. There's NO key box to leave the key so my mom had to take the key with her..
ALICIA HWhen asked the guy did not know how to use the dolly. When I got ready to strap my car down I found one of the ratchets broken and had to use my personal strap to tie the car down. Location should know how equipment works and ensure everything is in good working condition before sending out.

Zihan ZWhen I went to return my equipment, I had to call U-haul because the location didn't even look like a U-haul business. They just told me to drop the auto transport off in the back somewhere and have a good day. I was worried they would even notify U-Haul that I returned the equipment. I only needed the equipment for 4 of the 8 days, but there is no pro-rate or anything U-haul will do. It's way too over priced and next time I think I'll just buy my own equipment instead of dealing with this company.
