The location did not appear clean & well maintained. The office did not have a working printer. The location did not have any of the items I requested to be on the truck. The location charged me for items that were not on my truck. I had to travel to another location to get a couple of the items I wanted. The gentleman at the place that had items noticed I was going to be billed for something I never received and removed them.

Delton MThe employee at the counter was confused and didn't know much of anything. Not sure if she was new and in training. She didn't know ow what to do or how to handle the drop off. She did get her manager to help. Their computers weren't working, so they couldn't give me a receipt or anything to show that I dropped off the truck. I had to call the next day to remind them to go on the computer and verify and check me out.
