Shay and Reagan were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! Particularly helpful, and patient :-), when we were attaching the car transporter to the truck and loading the car.

Jacqueline BI was granted 40 extra miles due to the reservation issue. I was still made to pay the additional mileage charge because the extra mileage wasn't indicated on the original contract. The additional mileage was granted by the owner of the truck after I left with it. The person at this location refused to verify this and made me pay the charge. I am extremely unhappy with this whole experience and will not use uhaul again. Penske and budget don't seem to have angry customers. Your dealer's attitudes are trash.

MODRIQUES RThe first truck had a check engine light. Was switched to another one right away.
Larry Hthey were not there so we had to use the phone again. i had been in contact with them Thurday and Friday and thought i had everthing ready. it took 30 to 45 minutes to get it and to bring it back.
Judy FUhaul needs to have a better more thorough inspection for trucks going across the country. My trucks breaks went out and delayed my drivers 5 hours.

summer pAt first I was trying to do the contactless pickup but for some reason it would not let me finish. So I waited for the store to open, good thing I did because my furniture pads and dolly weren't even in the truck. They didn't even have the appliance dolly that I requested.
Stephen HCustomer service agent was not friendly at all. She acted as if I was disturbing her day when I showed up for pick-up. The office was not busy at all. I was the only customer.
