Signage would help. I literally had to go through all my messages to find the number to call to help get in and get help. No one was on-site so I had no clue what to do. No instructions were given to me before hand I was about to head back to the other location when I finally got through the automated system. I was halfway to the other location and had to turn around.

NOUHAN E.I returned the vehicle as directed, within the time specification and filled with fuel. The receptionist informed me that she could not accept the return and that I needed to take it to another location. I refused! I had no prior communication saying that my drop off location had been changed. This location was in my contract and I insisted that it be honored. She said the truck was needed at another location and I informed her that was not my fault. I reported this poor service to the uhaul store in Prosper, TX. Other than the drop off, it went smooth. Extremely poor service!

Brenda C.When I called to find out what was going on with my rental I was told to drop it off at Stateline in Texarkana but about 2 minutes later the lady told me to drop it off and another location, when I did I explained to them what was going on and showed them the proof they bent over backwards to help and they had everything cleared up in less than 20 minutes, they were very friendly and helpful going above and beyond what I would expect.

We were sent from one location to the other and back again because each one had docent recommendations from the uhaul system. Other than that frustration, everything was pleasant. John K.Waited three and a half hours for road side assistance with a Uhaul facility less than two miles away. The equipment was old..wrecked..and all four tires were bad. It should not have available for customers to use. Mary and Priscilla from the Live Chat were horrible and unprofessional. And Malik should be fired. I should be refunded for the hassle. Bit we know how that will go. Stay away from Uhaul.

Shana P.Do not charge more for a forced upgrade because of UHaul's fault maybe. My girlfriend got dropped off at the above location to pick up our 20' truck at the reserved time, 0930. Twenty minutes later, the staff tells her the truck we reserved will not be available and a 26' is the only option. Being on a tight schedule, she accepted the upgrade. I'm still confused how a $10 upgrade to a larger size cost $120 compared to a quoted $70 for the 20'. Not to mention I reserved the larger dolly for moving a refrigerator and I got the cheap small one. I'm not trying to sound angry, it's just that not one thing was correct, nor was the staff at the location helpful.

KRISTEN G.clearly was not inspected before pick up. it was missing the safety latch pin on the tongue. Not only that they did not have a pin for it. because I had to get loaded to leave early the next morning we put a make shift pin in it so I could get home an put my own pin in it...
Keith G.The establishment itself and the person I spoke with this morning were not the problem. The problem I had was when I tried to correct a problem uhual had with the documentation of their vehicle odometer reading being incorrect. When someone reserves or pay for a service they expect the best for what they paid for. What was a small problem became a big problem when the regional manager decided that it was my fault that I was being charged for everything without hearing my reason. While he offered to refund a part of what I was charged, I felt like that was wrong for me not to get my refund for the charges I was wrongly accused of. He went as far as to argue and tell me what would stand in court when I'm well educated and know that I can sue with the fact that I was charge for a service that was not included in my initial agreement or that I agreed to without listing what that service is I paid for. Once again the establishment cubby hole and the individual that was there was very understanding and tried to work with me. Even when I called in to uhaul the woman on the recording lines you provide even stated that he was wrong not only professionally by arguing but as well as for listing charges that are not stated any were on the document of receipt.

Ismael M.My debit card was charged more than the actual bill. When I called to get it corrected, he kept trying to tell me that I had paid it with my card when in fact I gave the lady cash because their machine was messed up. When i returned the trailer, they charged my card for the difference and when i checked, the charge was $125,49 instead of $50.49. He finally told me he couldn't help and I needed to call the 800 number. When I called it the lady tried to tell me the same thing about how the transaction happened. I then emailed her copies of my receipt and my debit card statement. I am waiting on a response but I get the feeling that I'm screwed. If this doesn't get resolved I will never do business with Uhaul again. This is so ridiculous it's not funny. My name is Robert Ainsworth and my contract# 86752329.
