Not rent at this location. He would not let me reserve a uhaul so I called first thing on the morning I needed it and he said they were already rented. Then said he would have me one at 1and it would be $29.99. Then he called me at 11 and said my uhaul was there .Gave me one for $39.99, to big. He did this on purpose. DON'T rent here!

The staff were friendly but the only issue which was very disappointing is when the gentleman showed me the cargo area of the truck myself and a family looked inside and saw 2 Roaches crawling around. I requested another truck he stated that was the only one they had, The staff then went and got a broom only to sweep them out. Since there was no choice and I had to move my elderly grandmother 3 hours away. I then went to a store and purchased bug foggers to set them off in the truck prior to loading up, as we opened the truck we then saw several more roaches. This was very embarrassing, disgusting and disappointing because myself nor my family do not have roaches and did not want them in our homes. After that I also had to set bug foggers off in the storage unit just in case since we had a 3 hour trip and didn't know if eggs were laid in the truck prior to. I have now had to contact my pest company to spray my home since my elderly grandmother moved with me and those were her belongings in the truck. No customer service to even take money off my bill for the inconvenience or nothing. I have moved several times and NEVER had a situation like this nor lack of assistance from staff only to just sweeping the roaches out. I have been out of money not only by renting the uhaul but extra money by spraying for roaches to ensure our belongings would not be infested, and pest services. Horrible, Horrible all around equipment, customer care, attention to detail.

I appreciate the personnel for asking for my phone number and going above and beyond to notify me when a truck had been returned early so that i could move. I was not pleased that I had to rent the trailer for longer than I needed it I rented on Saturday and dropped off on Sunday but because of your policy that the drop off location had to be open in order to not be charged an extra day it cost me an unnecessary expense of additional days rental

The trailer we rented did have a problem with tires...which was not evident until we reached highway speeds of 55-60. It began dangerous fish-tailing...but I was able to deal with by just driving slower. Recommend mechanical checkup on axles and tires.

Truck wasn't ready and they didn't have the pads I had ordered. Sent me to the "center" in Texarkana to get my pads. Zero customer service and they really didn't care. Worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul and I have used U-Haul five times in the last three years.

I went to pickup my Uhaul in Hooks TX it had been moved to another town nobody called to tell me. I had to wait and hour when I got to the new location because every customer had a problem and they had to call Uhaul multiple times then I was over charged $60 from my reservation rate. This was a Really Bad Experience. My advice stay away.

They need to stop giving false information..Now I had a $100 certificate and she said she couldn't use it until I bring the truck back, so I had to use a debit card and I asked her plan as day was they gone take sumthing off the card and she said no, so I told her I will b n Monday morning to pay the difference if it was any so don't use the credit card,but she used it anyways so now there's an over draft on my boyfriend card, and that's poor business.This is the second time I've got screwed around with uhaul

Uhaul failed to fulfill their promised pickup location and date...the location promised did not have the correct vehicle. To their credit the local agents diligently searched and found a replacement vehicle. However, it was necessary to pick it up a day early, due to distance and location. The local agent promised that the time and mileage would be waived. Therefore, the extra fee of $54.00 is not payable. Please remove the charge. He fuel of 20.63 is payable. The 800 number service was very poor. However, the local agent at Kuykendall location in Houston, the agent in Spring, Texas and Ava the dispatcher both went the extra mile to provide outstanding service. Kudos to these two ladies. Further, the agent at Cubby Hole in Wake Village, Texas was super upon check in (Melissa). The national service number representatives were not helpful in any way whatsoever. Truck was moved to a different location with no notice until arrival to pick-up. Did not have a 10 foot available at location above and the "upgrade" to a 15 foot cost more in gas. I had to call the corporate office and am supposed to be refunded $40 for gas difference but have not received confirmation of refund. Terrible service. The only one willing to help was Remington at the Jefferson location but he could not do anything.

THE LOCATION WAS FINE BUT UHAL HAD CANCELLED AND CHANGED MY PICKUP TO DOUGLESVILLE...WHERE EVER THAT IS....I WAS TOLD THAT A CALL TO CHANGE MY RESERVATION WAS CHANGED THE DAY BEFORE MY WHILE I WAS PACKING TO MOVE AND IT COST ADDITIONAL MONEY TO COMPLETE A ROUND TRIP WHEN ... MY RESERVATION WAS SCHEDULED MORE THAN A WEEK IN ADVANCE.... VERY BAD FOR U-HAL. OH YES... THE TRUCK LEAKED WATER ON MY ANTIQUE FURNITURE.

I called on 2/13 at 12:34 before I dropped off the trailer and they said they would be open until 5. When I arrived with the trailer at about 1:00 the doors were locked and no one was there. I left the trailer and called back at 2:56 and gave them the contract number and trailer number. I called the 800 number today to see why I had not received a email bill and was told the trailer was not turned in. I then received a bill for 3 extra days. More wasted time to straighten out this mess.

There was a tire on the trailer I rented that had low air pressure. There was no air compressor available at the rental site. The representative offered to have someone come to air it up, but he stated he didn't know how long it would take to get someone there, so I went ahead and took the trailer to a local convenience store and aired it up myself. But it got me to thinking, there are no spare tires available on those trailers. I would hate to have a blowout or a flat tire, especially if the trailer is already loaded and I'm traveling on an interstate or in a remote area, without a way to get the flat changed on-site. I would suggest that U-Haul supply customers with either a spare tire and equipment to change a tire at the time of the rental, OR, contact info so that the customer could get roadside help on the spot in the case of emergency or similar problems.
