Very friendly, made the entire experience go smoothly. Will return here when I need to rent another truck.
John PThe staff were very nice and helpful however the truck was old and dirty, it was a gas hog! I wonder if a newer model would have been more efficient. Overall it worked out well.

Miranda WThey forgot about my reservation when I called to confirm the day before pickup (despite having spoken to the exact same man 2 weeks prior). They also said for return to just drop the keys in the box. They neglected to mention that the online return would want pictures inside the truck which were impossible to take once the keys were dropped.
CALLIE CI had to drive 45 minutes from my house to drop off at the required location when I have 2 Uhaul dealers within 5 miles of my place. I will definitely look for other services next time.

Jodi WI returned the equipment when Custom Vans was closed. The u haul check in process after hours is not very user friendly.
CHET CReturned the truck to the nearest UHaul drop off, according to the app. The address it gave us was a drive thru beverage place. Close, but confusing, nonetheless. We finally found where we should be, after asking the drive thru employee. The signage for the actual UHaul place was terribly small and up the road from the given address. To return the truck, they required you to do everything on the app, once again. It's instructions consisted of "park the truck, but don't block a door". The app was pretty easy to use, though, so I can't complain there. We just parked the truck next to another UHaul in the grass. The app told us to return the keys to the drop box. The drop box said it was for after hours, which we weren't. I went inside to ask, just to be sure they didn't need me to sign anything or actually pay, since the pickup location didn't ask for payment or give me any paperwork. I wasn't even acknowledged until I approached someone to ask if I should just put the keys in the drop box or if they needed them. They said they weren't expecting any trucks. I showed them the app and the return process it had sent me through. They asked for my paperwork, which I didn't have because the shady place I picked up the truck literally just handed me keys. They did take the keys and must have taken care of the return since I haven't heard anything else. Get it together, UHaul. I'll be using a competitor for my future needs.

Brentnei CI use Custom Vans for many things. This is a great place for custom parts, information and renting a Uhaul.
