The staff were very nice and helpful however the truck was old and dirty, it was a gas hog! I wonder if a newer model would have been more efficient. Overall it worked out well.

Miranda W.They forgot about my reservation when I called to confirm the day before pickup (despite having spoken to the exact same man 2 weeks prior). They also said for return to just drop the keys in the box. They neglected to mention that the online return would want pictures inside the truck which were impossible to take once the keys were dropped.
