Ernesto KThe trailer was covered in concrete dust and trash. I swept it out, hosed it down from top to bottom, then went to my pickup destination. When i unloaded my cargo, the entire bottom and any areas that touched the side were covered with the dust.

JOSEPH SStaff to advise that they are closed on a Sunday. We turned up to a closed location and had to so the key drop box and take pictures etc. We needed to be back at work and had to spend lots of time doing this. If he had told us they were closed we would have arrive earlier to complete. Something and nothing but it made the drop of later by the time we had finished. Thanks

Gilberto Ryour millage rate 1,19mi is really outrageous, uhaul is taking advantage of the country's economy to exploit people. I won't rent again from uhaul. Good rate in the website, but at the end Lot of charges. I also put gas agreed in the contract but uhaul charge me extra gas at high rate.

Edward SI'm not just talking, this place is the closest to home and I've rented it 5 times in the last 6 months if you are lucky and the girl attends you, you are fine but if the owner attends you, I attend you with attitude, they have no tact when dealing with the client, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor, there is no customer service, it is not the first time that happens to me with them. He attends tire services clients at the same time, a few weeks ago he made a mistake and billed me for some tires from another client instead of billing the rent. this week picking up and delivering he attends me with attitude. We are human and we can have bad days or make mistakes but several times... it is no longer a coincidence I recommend a vacation...
