The trailer equipment was clean. There was no pin included. We had to go to Canadian Tire to get one. We had scheduling conflicts. I had booked for 4:45pm and the office closed early that day. So the worker said to pick it up at 9:00am then I got an email saying it was cancelled. So I called to rebook it for the morning. Then the u haul booking lady said there is non available at this location so we booked the next smallest one. Then when we got there, the trailer was there, but they said someone else had it booked. I told them I had it booked for the weekend but the office closed early. Anyways we lost a lot of hours working out scheduling conflicts when we should have been on the road travelling.

Craig HOnly had one problem on my trip, the pin that holds the car dolly ramp had lost its pin that held the ramp in place. Other than that all went very good. I'm happy about it, I also had difficulty in finding the proper address to drop off the vehicle. Merci

Terranc3 tSelling a home and finding a new one is stressful enough in itself. We found it was doubled when after having booked our u-haul one month before our closing date of October 1st, we received a call from your call centre a week before, advising us that a 26ft might not be available in our area until mid-November and we might have to drive 4-6 hours to go pick one up. Finally after much anticipated wait, we finally received the call that we had to go pick one up only one hour away. Nonetheless I think your system needs major improvement to honour reservations so the customer is not left hanging and stressing like that.

William Mphone servive and communication is not great. I went through 5 people to change my service and then when I returned the truck, the closing was a hassle because of the miscommunication.

daniel dFour tire trailer, two front tires were new, two rear tires were very worn and bald. Was concerned they would fail on 500 km trip!! They only had this trailer or I would have asked to switch it out.
James-John MOwner changed my reservation without my knowledge and in turn my credit card was charged for more than I glad expected. It was only a trailer but was not cleaned out before I took possession and had to clean.

The dropoff location (which I told the pickup location about) helped me to clean up UHaul's issue with the contract change made 1 hour AFTER it was signed and I had left for Espanola. He said it made no sense for me to have to go out of my way to Littlecurrent when I was at my destination in Espanola.

Cynthia RWhat Uhaul can do is GIVE all the information TO THE STORE that I had to fill in advance - stop wasting my time and the vendor's by making me put in all my information just to get me to the store and he has to enter it all anyway!!!!!!!

WARREN BOnly book units you have available. Calling 2 days before a move to tell me my enclosed trailer was not available was unacceptable. Dan went out of his way to help after but we had to settle for an open trailer and it rained! Uhaul needs to find a better way to ensure people get what they request from the get go! Kudos to Dan's but uhaul you need a better system!

Gord PMy initial booking was online. I was not pleased with that service at all. My confirmation was sent back to me with a much smaller truck than I ordered and for a way shorter time. No explanation. It was very stressful. My experience in person with the staff at mt local location, Dan's Towing in Espanola was much better.

Michael BI am very disappointed and discouraged from using U haul again. I had to drive an hour and a half away from my location to pick up my truck and was told there were no other trucks available any size around my location. When I had a friend book a U haul for the same destination there was 3 available trucks around my location. The person on the phone kept talking over me and kept talking to her co workers when I asked questions. Eventually I got fed up, said thank you and hung up.

Dale HIf the customer is picking up as a self serve have them use the internet to complete their pickup because the app doesn’t work for this location the cell service is not strong enough it wasn’t for me on the night of my pickup thanks for the patience of the rep and the supervisor that help us that night and our apologies to them for our rudeness
Denis Tarrived to pick up trailer, took long time as staff did not know how to operate computer. Also had to drive 130km to pick up trailer as no other location in Northern Ontario had one available!
