OTHMANE OWe were here before our picking up time and we wait 40 minutes for the person to serve 2 customers. In the middle of our interaction to get the U-Haul the person ask us to wait because she want to serve an another customer because she was waiting but it was ok to let us wait longer. She try to have all payment in cash.

EFIM WStop fucking over your customers with using the word "reservation" to describe their rental. U-Haul doesn't understand the meaning of the word "reservation". "Reservation" implies that you actually have a piece of equipment "reserved" for a specific customer at a specific time without changing the pickup location on said customer at the last minute.

Lynn RTruck interior had garbage in it. Cargo area filthy. I had to clean out the unit before my scheduled pick up because it was so dirty. Ordered a dolly which was unavailable when I picked up the unit. Moving pads were unfolded and strewn in the cargo area. I will use a different company next time as this is my business and rent trucks frequently due to new contracts and can't rely on mistakes that were made here.

Also took customers that were behind me in line ahead of me as U-Haul was their second business and their customers come first. Also phoned to get the second days charges reversed and was treated horrible as well. Absolute horrible experience and would never want to use U-Haul again unless I was absolutely desperate

Adam AOne person working at the location - it took over 20 minutes to process the return because he had other customers to attend to who were not there for UHaul.
Peter BI honestly think I should get a discount, when I got the truck it was dirty and both the cab and the back were filled with flies I spent 15 minutes trying to get the flies out of the truck. Not a very pleasant first time using uhaul and if it was for the fact that I was on a time crunch and needed to get the truck to move in a short time frame I would have gotten another option.

Marisa PI had no problem with the location it was that the trailer I had on order was not at the location I had been told it would be. The trailer I ordered was a 6x12 and I received a 5x8 which was too small and we had to make extra trips. I was told that we were called about the change but we were not. My move was a 6 hour haul return. The gas alone was expensive. I was very disappointed and would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. Also an appliance dolly and a regular dolly were ordered and were not there. Overall a bad experience. So
Shirley DOn checkout the website indicated $22,35 without coverage, this is what I selected and reserved. I was billed $32,35 without any indication of an extra $10 fee. SafeTow was added without my knowledge despite the fact that I deliberately selected no coverage.
Ashton RThe location is just an empty parking lot behind a gas station. That's fine, but maybe there should be a little more prominent signage to increase confidence that this is in fact the right place to leave the truck.

Mathew SReceived u haul on empty I've never experienced receiving a rental on E The feul economy gauge remained in top most red zone entire time I was driving speed limit. I've never had that happen either. Oil pressure was way above half by end of trip from 390 Dawson road North in Winnipeg to Lac Du Bonnet. Paid 65$ in fuel And 260 for the 150 km Not a good experience I've used uhaul many times and this rental experience just seemed wrong and truck un maintained.
Tina DIt doesn't matter how long ahead I book my trailer they never have it on my location so a day before rental even with their $50 guarantee they call and tell me I have to go to different location and no they don't give me $50 so went to different location guy tells me to hitch trailer myself and drive it to the front so he can inspect it, after doing all that the trailer lights didn't work so after some arguing with him and a phone call to another location he sends me there to get trailer fixed as I arrive there they tell me shop is closed and they can't fix the trailer and this was original location where I first booked the trailer and standing there I see same trailer on parking lot but they didn't want to give it to me they say someone else booked it before me so I can't get it finally after some yelling they decided to fix one I had so an hour later I finally had a trailer and I asked the guy where I got a trailer if I can return it to location closer to me and he said no problem but when I took trailer there to get fixed they would not allow me to return it there and finally few hours later when I returned it the guy doesn't even come out just tells me to leave trailer in the back and he'll close my rental well a day later I go to my uhaul account and my rental is still open I was too tired to call them and yell some more but I will definitely do it soon

He rather speak on his air pods and have personal conversations then deal with the people there and have places to be it took over a freaking hr to get the truck like really now I'm being charged over 500 for this are you serious

Kevin GI had pre ordered a rental of furniture pads. They were not available when i arrived to pick up the rental truck. It left me scrambling to find protective blankets for furniture. NOT what i expected to do with my first 30 minutes with the truck. The service, otherwise was excellent and smooth.
