We wanted to return the rented trailer early (and return the rented truck a few days later). The clerk was friendly but not very helpful. She could not return the equipment using the Uhaul computer system. I finally had her note and sign my contract indicating the trailer was returned (and silently said a prayer that no problems would arise when the truck was returned). The clerk that handled the truck return a few days later was really unfriendly and impolite. Luckily there were no issues and he asked about the trailer but made no real comment when I said it had been returned already. Having friendlier, more helpful staff would be really nice.
David JBad experience. check engine, tire lights were on and an empty tank. we had to pay for gas before we moved truck and we had to pay 2 dollars to put air in tires. the original place for truck pick up was closed when we arrived and was supposed to be open , so uhaul had to figure out which location had another truck. we waited over an hour to find another place .
Arthur hI’m very disappointed with the service I received from your location. I was charged an additional amount as a hold, and I returned the vehicle as instructed by your staff. I also drove fewer miles than expected. When I asked about the refund, I was told that I would receive it later. However, I still have not received the refund. When I contacted your location again, I was told that the refund was not your responsibility and that I should contact U-Haul. I contacted U-Haul, and they told me to resolve the matter with your location. I am being sent back and forth between your location and U-Haul, even though the additional charge was taken in connection with my rental at your location. Please resolve this issue and refund the amount owed to me. If this is not resolved promptly, I will consider filing a formal complaint and pursuing legal action to recover the money.
