Kevin BurryThe location was great! Highly recommend the hardware store and working with them. My frustration was the corporate website. I ordered a specific truck from a specific location 10 days in advance. Yes, it says "At times, the requested location, time or size may not be available. If so, U-Haul will find you equipment." It specifies I will be contacted with truck, location, etc. That was done, but by switching locations.....it cost me an additional $40-50 from my original estimate. Just surprised as I worked through the end of the process.

JOSEPH CookThis does not have to do with the location, but several things were not good about the experience. 1) The tank was almost empty when we received it, resulting in us needing to waste more of our time filling it up when we should have. 2) The tire pressure warning was on, and while we made the trip, it gave us a sense of unease the whole trip with every noise the truck made. In addition, I could not verify the mileage of the truck because the warning on the dashboard was in the way. 3) At one point, the air conditioning stopped working and started blasting heat. We turned it off and back on, and it seemed to work after that.
BRETT LATMANThe store itself was clean and organized and the employees were helpful and friendly. However, the store is located in a plaza with multiple other vacant establishments and the parking lot is in some rough shape.

Nathan RadtkeUnit was not ready or inspected before I arrived. Trailer had a flat tire, they wouldn't change it, made me unhook and rehook to another Trailer that I didn't want. The 1st Trailer had barn doors for more room to load. The trailer I was given next had a roll up door, which makes the back opening alot smaller! Not to happy about that when loading!
Steve CarneyIt started out getting a call two days before my pickup I had to go to another location to pickup a 5 by 8 trailer I waited 45 minutes for them to open they never opened that lot then went to another city were the attendant forced me to purchase another ball because he didn’t know how to install the trailer properly then when I asked the main office to instruct him was basically told oh well not our fault so I purchased 2 hitch kits for this move and when I get to the new pickup place I had to get a smaller trailer so now I get to go to another state again to finish my move because I was forced to receive a smaller trailer at the third facility so thanks for nothing but a headache and a attitude that this is my fault for the crappy service I received from 3 different places and your call center

Randy MoserGet your horrible app to work. Even after renting the box truck for a day it still didn't recognize my rental. All your people were great but I'll look for other rental companies because of the app.
