Brian TNo one was at the office when they were supposed to open. I had to call the number to remind them that I had a reservation for a 26 foot truck and a trailer for my car. When the worker showed up she didn't even have my whole order, just the truck. She directed me to go to a different U-Haul rental site to see if they had a trailer for my car. She didn't even call around to find a site that had one. Luckily, the first U-Haul I went to had the rest of my order. I'm very angry and I think that the person who was in that rental site should be fired. She acted like she just didn't care and couldn't be bothered and she didn't even offer an apology or explanation about why she wasn't in the office during business hours and for not having my reserved order. She gives U-Haul a bad name. As long as she is working for U-Haul, I will never refer anyone to that site.

Thomas CNice rental yard with plenty of room to maneuver vehicles and trailers. Original drop off location could not accept the trailer due to an unsecure storage area, but this location took care of my needs without hesitation and any additional charges. Highly recommend this vendor.

Anthony RWhen I spoke to the uhaul rental down the street from me in Woodbury, TN she said apply online and we will work on getting the right truck down here. When my confirmation came that the truck would need to be picked up in Smithville, I was surprised and a little frustrated at having to secure a last minute ride to go retrieve it, but I understand that everything doesnt go as planned and shrugged it off. The man at the counter was very friendly and went out of his way to show me everything about the truck and gave me extra mileage for my trouble. 2 days later I have loaded my truck and start off on my 11 hour journey to Arkansas and quickly realize that the ac works intermittently. It was 92° that day and on my 11hr journey there was maybe 2hrs of working ac combined of 20 minute bursts every few hours. It was an awful sweaty drive and at some points so hot I felt myself passing out and would have to pull over.

William RThe sales associate added insurance without asking me. When i asked why he did this he said he "didnt even like talking about insurance" and insisted on leaving the extra charge on my account. I asked for a dozen pads and recieved none. I also looked online to book and uhual claimed they didnt have a location in woodbury so i rented A truck 20 miles away and then I get to my destination and there is literally A uhaul 400' from me. Im highly upset i wasted gas, time, and mileage because of this. I use uhual often as i own a small moving company and require extra trucks often but im very dissappointed with this experience overall.

Robert WWAYNE WAS TOP NOTCH, EXTRA HELPFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. CAME THROUGH ON EVERYTHING. NEW 29 FT. TRUCK WITH CRUISE WAS GREAT FOR LONG TRIP FROM TENNESSEE TO MICHIGAN. PULLED THE 8 X 5 TRAILER ALONG FANTASTIC TOO. TWO BIG OL' THUMBS UP!
