First it picked mobile app pickup automatically, then your app forced a profile creation and to put sensitive id data into an open source. it was also not made clear at all how the pickup was going to work. The truck itself was fine, there was nothing wrong with the location, my issue is with Uhaul itself and its stupid mobile app. also uhaul forced a location change a couple days before we were picking it up because they no longer had the size we wanted at the loaction we picked. terrible experience overall and it had nothing to do with the pickup or dropoff locations, all had to do with Uhaul themselves and their mobile app.

Nothing DeKalb Depot excellent place to get u haul people there 5 stars plus everything 5 stars from getting u haul to return drop off after hours needs to be friendly user better for us older people
