Gas level should be easier to read. Only got 4 mpg. Ended up costing me way over budget for just a quick job.

I liked it better than actual U-Haul Locations, I’m sorry but much quicker and much friendlier
ALI SAttendant was not very attending. Took almost 30 minutes to get the trailer cause he didn't want to move a big truck that was in the way then kept ignoring me when asking him to do so.

Jairo Lthe cabinet was cleand and fine but the back was not clean at all , the guy who gave me the car was good and nice , when i returned the car i found that they blocked my personal car with a truck and asked them to move it multiple times they didnt as its only one guy who work in the station , then he gave me the keys to move the truck blocking my car , which am not responsible to do it , also the location is wrong on maps in the morning a friend guided me to reach , then when returning the car i had to call the customer service to know the exact location as its wrong on google and wrong on contract and kept going to different locations and drove extra 12 miles and paid for them because of that mistake , anyway its experience i wont try again

EMEAL GAgent didn't help hook up the unit. Told me to hook the trailer by myself and to call him to take pictures. I have done it many times but not a good service.

Timothy BReserved a truck for 7:30am but couldn’t get it until 8:15am, so I lost about 45 minutes of my reserved time for the truck even tho I did everything I was supposed to at pickup.

JENNA JTerrible experience. Tank was on 1/4 tank. Truck drove horribly. I was charged $66 for fuel when I gave the truck back with more gas than when I got it. Nobody at the location knew what was going on. Left me looking for people to ask questions.
Shadi BLocation and service was great, but trailer needed work. Tires had tons of nails in it and bubbles in the tires as well. The trailer brake was out of adjustment so it felt like it was slamming into the back of the truck

Stephen SGuy barely spoke English. No assistance provided with trailer hookup. Had to speak to someone over the phone to confirm the reservation. No one in person there could do it. Lights on trailer did not work. I returned the trailer a couple of hours late due to the lights on the trailer not working and was charged an entire extra day.
James PEvery process is so smooth with this location. Staff were friendly. Only the issue was the engine check light was on. But the driving was good!
YOUNG SOnly gripe is I couldn't check in via the Uhaul App. The app couldn't find the location. But the employee @ Jass Gas LLC were able to help me quick and efficiently.

MAHER IThere was only one person at the place both pumping gas and taking information for the rental so what should have been a quick, seamless transaction turned into a 20 minute ordeal with him running back and forth between me and the gas pumps. I also returned the truck to his location an hour and a half after I rented it and get a phone call almost 24 hours later asking if it was returned. So the attendant at this location never checked the truck back in once I returned it. How am I to be confident that someone else didn't use this vehicle after me and that it would be my responsibility for mileage, gas or God forbid they had an accident. This place was picked out of shear convenience to where we were needing to go and a little desperation but it ended up being a big disappointment.

Lew Dfind a way NOT to constantly key in the code when using the elevator. I'm sure it is for security reasons but it was a little annoying. Aris was just the most informative and so kind. He is a valuable asset to your facility.

Stephen IEveryone was nice but they should Have the ability to pay for everything before you go to pick up the truck and then just pay the extras of gas and mileage it took me a long time to get my truck they were charging me almost $200 for a 10 foot truck that was listed for $19,95 and the person didn’t understand what was going on and why I was getting all these charges and he was telling me that I had to put deposits down because of different reasons and I had to speak to a supervisor and ended up paying only $66 for everything so it just took way too long to get the truck . :(
theresa cFilled my tank up at the location, they spilled gas all over so I had to pay extra for their mistake. Charged me originally for two dolly's, during pick up they stated they only had one, never received the one. Rep at site didn't speak English, nothing was set up. Horrible.

Wow thank you because it was so much convenient in this location because it's nearer the place I need to pick up my things. Merci.

Le CFriendly Customer Service. Need an extra person to attend the UHaul service. I had to wait almost one hour for the person who attends the gas service to complete my entire UHaul transaction because he was responsible for both services. Service could be improved.

JOHN RI selected this location for the mobile pickup option. It does not have a mobile pickup option. Further, they altered my reservation by 1 hour.When I called the business nimber, the owner hung up and said I had the wrong number. So I waited outside in the rain for 1/2 hour. Nobody from the location or from Uhaul ever picked up the phone. Then they tried to charge me a two day rental...and I received a truck with an exhaust issue and poor fuel efficiency. Never again
Randy TMy battery died when I stopped in the city, it was terrible!!! i missed my appointment, needed to wait for a contractor of Uhaul to come with the jump starter to help me and save me!!! and they charged my money for the ride I couldn't use the equipment, i lost time and money
Sergii SPaperwork stated that the gas was at 1/4 tank which it was half that amount. The truck had debris and pieces of wood left from the prior rental. When I returned the vehicle, the gentleman was rude and refuse to park the truck in the location that he wanted it in. I only drove 67 miles and was charged for 89. The truck was only equipped with 12 moving blankets and I was charged for 24. I was also billed a cleaning fee for leaving the truck cleaner than how I received and I returned the truck with a 1/4 tank which was more than I received it. Very disappointed and expect a phone call, as the location has yet to answer the phone or return the voicemails that I have left for them.
Joe JThe truck was not cleaned - there was popcorn on the floor, the steering wheel was gross. I felt like I was riding in the subway. The gentlemen helping was nice but gave me his cell phone to speak with the Uhaul manager - it just felt a bit unsanitary.
