Carmen SThere were no staff at the location at drop off. There was a sign on the door that said gone fishing. Wasn't really helpful. However the self return drop off procedure is very easy so not a problem.

I was also thrilled to get one of the brand-new 5x8 trailers with the double doors (instead of lift gate) and the new, much easier-to-use tongue. Overall, a very good rental experience! Well done!

Daniel KThe pick up location and equipment were good. The checkout and in process online is challenging and that's a U-Haul corporate issue. It took an hour to checkout the van!!!! On the app on the mobile device should be easy.

Kevin DThe app did not work when I returned the truck. I took a picture of the gas and odometer. Then it takes me to a blank screen...also tried it when I got home to make sure it was not a connection problem. It's the app.
Anthony kWhen I booked the rental the contract said to drop off in Sarasota. I never received a notice to drop off elsewhere. When I got to Sarasota the manager could not have been more rude or unfriendly. She told me that I was at the wrong location and needed to drop off in Venice. She finally gave an address which was obviously wrong, since the truck needed to be returned to Osprey, NOT Venice. When I finally got to the return location, the gentleman cold not have been nicer or more accommodating . However, because of the rude lady in Sarasota, I was advised that I had exceeded my mileage allotment and would be charged an additional fee. Next time I will use Penske !!!!!

Daniel NAfter my Home Depot U Haul reservation made a week in advance for 2 days usage was cancelled without giving reason the night before I was due to pick up at 6:30 AM, I was blessed finding Denzels Garage. Owner was so understanding and helpful. I will not go anywhere else now as I still need to rent a U Haul several times more with this move. Efficient, courteous and so helpful earns the highest praise.
