Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe rented a 15' truck, picked it up quickly (nice), drove to the storage unit, brought out furniture on dollies and couldn't pull the ramp out all the way. Tried for about 15 minutes, looking to see what the problem was but still couldn't pull the ramp out all the way and barely got it back in to return the truck. Arrived at Detzels Garage and showed Dave (the Owner) and he said that was quick but showed him why I couldn't use the truck ramp and he agreed that the ramp was not working properly and would not come out all the way. He said he has to call UHaul to come fix it and I told him I couldn't load anything into the truck and wasted my time renting broken equipment. My window of opportunity to rent that truck and move out of the storage unit was very tight and I blew an hour driving down and back to the rental location and couldn't move a single piece of furniture. I received my bill for gas and mileage and I'm going to dispute All of the charges since I couldn't use the truck ramp. I should not have been charged for anything since the truck was broken. Waiting for UHaul's reply but have received nothing in the past week. Terrible. I suppose from now on, I'll have to check every ramp to make sure that it works properly.
