Storage facility more along the line of what you would expect
RICHARD MMy truck broke down three times. Waited for help that never showed up. Had to jump start it myself
LINSEY OThe phone application would not allow me to take pictures of the vehicle before turning it in early and there wasn't any staff there to assist me.
KARI PThe vehicle had no gas and I had requested 6 packing blankets that I was charged for. When I returned the vehicle to the final location there was no lock box or instructions as to where to leave the key to vehicle and I was charged for gas. I brought the vehicle back on empty just as l received it. I made the reservation for the vehicle only to find out, on the day of pick up, that the size I needed wasn't available. I was told I could have a bigger one at the same cost. I called back because I decided that was to large and then was told that there as no vehicle at all available and had to switch to another location.
Lori THave appliance dolly there, when you ordered it with the truck. I had to go elsewhere to get the dolly Very inconvenient
Dagmar SI ordered a dolly. They said they didn't have the dolly on the day I picked it up and there was nothing they could do but remove it from my order, which they didn't do. I paid for a dolly I never got.

Virginia LCheck in was easy and fast. No issues with the truck. Was surprised to return the truck early and find no one working at the counter, but it was GA/TN game and Devon's did not charge me for being unable to utilize the app to check the truck back in. Overall, good experience and convenient eastside location.
Michelle VI requested a dolly and it wasn't in the van. I had to go to another location to get one. The keys did not open the driver's side door. The AC did not work. It's 90 degrees and humid in Georgia. The lock on the truck was jammed and I couldn't open it. Someone had to force it open. They gave me the truck with the gas on empty. It was a bad experience.
aonadu gThe vehicle I had reserved was not available for mobile check-in. No one was working at the office at pick-up time of 10:00 am. I had to call the 800 number to get help. They said I could either take the smaller truck or go to another location although the truck I rented was at the facility. I ended up with a smaller truck than what I needed.
Stacie DThe online check in was pretty good. While I did get a van as I requested, the van was not the same as pictured. I had chosen the van because the picture showed a newer more fuel efficient model.
Eddie GThe truck wasn't clean and had red clay and spilt coffee in it. The attendant was nice, but can't say if I would recommend this pick up location to anyone. It's a toss up.

Christopher MI specifically did not want to create a UHaul.com account. I reserved the vehicle and came to the pick up location on time. The clerk was unable to get the UHaul website to proceed with my check in despite being able to pull up the reservation because the site kept freezing. After 10+ minutes, I was obliged to call UHaul and be walked through the steps to do it online, forcing me to create an account. If I hadn't had my husband with me and two smart phones between us, we would not have been able to get the vehicle. This all delayed us 45 minutes at least and now my information is shared with yet another company when I did not want that. I feel like the option to interact with a human being in person was never real and should not have been presented as viable. The rep who helped over the phone was very nice, and her guidance was successful, but it was infuriating to even have to bring her into the transaction. I will go out of my way not to use UHaul again, despite being a repeat customer over the years. Too difficult to use and reeks of information collection scam. If an online account is absolutely required to use the service, a company should say so directly from the start.
Germaine CDid not include the equipment I rented. Did not answer my phone call. Did not return my voicemail. Did not answer uhaul customer service when they tried calling them.

Jeremy JTruck was dirty with other user's trash in the cab. Rented a standard utility dolly for boxes. They didn't have any of those when I picked up. I was told to take time appliance dolly instead. Floor lip on the dolly was too narrow for boxes. So that was useless. Was told a rep would reach out when I submitted, "question/dispute" about the bill. No one did. They still charged my card for the assumed bill. Truck tires also rubbed and made a terrible noise when turned.

Caden CIt was somewhat unclear what I needed to do with the truck key. It should stand out more on the return instructions.
Stephen FDid not clean the truck out between customers. Did not provide moving supplies as requested. Employee at location was unable to check me in or out. This location was not the one I requested. There was another location closer to where I was moving to and from. The online reservation said that my preferred location had the size truck that I needed so I booked it. Then I got a phone call saying the location had been changed. This made my moving process less convenient and more expensive.

Bennie WThe computer system was down and I had no advance notice before picking up th truck. I had to check in the truck and check out with my cellphone. I don't have good reception or internet. The application timed out several times. The location to turn the truck in is a small gravel lot with no marked parking spots and the other rental truck was not parked well which made it difficult to park the truck I rented exactly as requested. "DIY" check in and check out was not straighforward or convenient in this case... especially without any advance notice.
Edgar AThe service person at the site who answered the phone was very helpful about how to use the web site and mobile pick up in the situation we had wherein person picking up truck (my son) was not the same as person who rented it via online (me), Everything worked out smoothly and the person easily extended my rental by an hour over the phone even though it was after the rental period started. Really appreciate great service and experience which has been consistent with UHaul.
Clark BNot the location's fault, but UHaul made it very difficult to complete to check-in and get the truck. After we put in our alternative contact, you called us and then put us on hold for 40 minutes, which was very frustrating. The check-in process also seems unnecessarily complicated and time- consuming.
Alan CI cannot see any areas for improvement! The young lady at the front desk was friendly and provided great customer service. Her knowledge of the equipment and check-in/check-out procedures was exemplary.
ALAN CWe reserved a pickup truck, which was confirmed online by U-Haul. We arrived at the designated pick up location where a nice pickup truck was seen parked and seemingly ready for us, only to be told by the clerk that the pickup truck was just there to " check the level of interest" and was not available to rent. We ended up having to settle for a van.
Justin CThis rating doesn't quite cover the issue - the location was fine, clean, efficient, but I don't have a cell phone so was unable to do the precheck and was told that it would be fine. My wife was unable to connect using her phone when returning, but called UHaul and was told we would not be charged for being unable to use the app for checking in. I returned the vehicle with exactly as much fuel as when I got it. But, I was charged for fuel, charged for all the things I was told I wouldn't be - basically punished for not having a phone and for the app not working when we checked in. What should have been $50 was over 150 bucks. I hope it was worth it to y'all, because Budget will be getting ALL of my business for the rest of my life. And I've been a loyal UHaul user for years.
