The phone application would not allow me to take pictures of the vehicle before turning it in early and there wasn't any staff there to assist me.
KARI PThe vehicle had no gas and I had requested 6 packing blankets that I was charged for. When I returned the vehicle to the final location there was no lock box or instructions as to where to leave the key to vehicle and I was charged for gas. I brought the vehicle back on empty just as l received it. I made the reservation for the vehicle only to find out, on the day of pick up, that the size I needed wasn’t available. I was told I could have a bigger one at the same cost. I called back because I decided that was to large and then was told that there as no vehicle at all available and had to switch to another location.
Lori THave appliance dolly there, when you ordered it with the truck. I had to go elsewhere to get the dolly Very inconvenient
Dagmar SI ordered a dolly. They said they didn't have the dolly on the day I picked it up and there was nothing they could do but remove it from my order, which they didn't do. I paid for a dolly I never got.
