Rate should be same all u haul locations. People get truck without any surprising price. I paid almost 150$ for renting a truck. That's same price I had a delivery option but I'm trying to save bucks but I couldn't saved because of surprised price. And I put of fuels 30$ I drove only 15 miles.muhammad B.

I ordered a pick up truck. I got a call one hour before I was suppose to pick it up saying it wasn't available. I called at pick up time and the woman indicated there was one now available. Upon arrival, I was told it was not there as it had to be cleaned by the previous user. There was no apology amd this was very inconvenient for me.MICHEALT C.

Nothing, it was a quick and easy process to pick up the truck. Wish the truck had a strap in the back to secure the dolly but it wasn't a problem just a preference. Everything was great.Francis M.

Truck smelled very smoky inside even though there was a no smoking sign posted on the window.Michael W.
Driver side mirror very shakey Driver side window roll up /down missing Driver side door lock cannot be open from the outside with the key. Low oil pressure / wrench light on when picked up. A lot of scratches and damages without any â€œxâ€ markings. Reported to the employee. His words were â€œwe don't care about the damages as long as it's something really big, for example a whole in a bumperâ€ Not satisfied. Very poor experience. Would not recommend this location to any one. Truck was not comfortable either, maybe suspension issues. I have rented a few 26' before from uhaul. By far this truck was the worst. I even went up to the employee to tell him I was not comfortable with this truck where the bumper of this truck is secured by thin nylon strings. I asked for a replacement but u fortunately all trucks in the lot were already taken.Ehsan S.

I normally would..and have used this location many times. However this time I was charged for fuel, 22 gallons.. for a 2 hour time frame with a distance of 11 miles. I'll be choosing another location.JAMES D.
receptionist was rude. Vehicle had a check engine light on, not mentioned. Travelled a total of 15 miles and gas gauge did not move, yet charged 22. for gas? Website gives wrong location for entrance and receptionist argued with me that this was not so. Overall bill was 102. for a 29 truck rental for 3 hoursSteven M.

The boy who is working there is friendly and polite. However, the lady who was there on Sunday (June 27,2 at around 10 AM) is not friendly and polite. She could have made much better customer relationship with us. Also, put the 'out of hours' drop box notification in a proper manner. At least at the door of the suit 200 or notice with U-Haul sticker so that customers do not need to walk all the way around back and forth to find the drop box.LAYAJAN R.

The Manager did nothing to rectify the situation other than blame "people coming from London" I was trying to prove my situation and she was saying she still has to charge me and all I can do is dispute with Uhaul head office. What's the point of her being a manager. Her employee who checked the truck was more understanding, professional...he should be the Manager. Overall this entire situation is only as a result of how Uhaul organizes the truck rental in general. The drop off Manager was blaming me for not reading my agreement that I didn't receive until 10am the day I returned the truck. So the pick up person entered the wrong KM"s to start and I guess he finally got his Internet working the next day. Also I got a truck with low fuel indicator at pick up. This is the first time I"'ve rented a uhaul. Just poor service and organization from start to finish.Eugenie E A.

The WORD lock used to store the vehicle keys for mobile pick up was not very good. I was unable to open it. Luckily for me an employee happen to stop by a bit early, unrelated to my issue, and they had problems opening it. It shouldn't be this difficult to get the keys. They need to invest in a new way to store keys for mobile pickup.Wayne H.

I did the check-in with the app. My expectation is to have a 100 % self-service including grabbing the keys. Although it was so easy and convenient to take the keys, your advertisement made me believe that it everything was gonna be self-service.Paulo Cesar R.
