We were told to bring the trailer to their storage location a couple of blocks away and they would be down in 10 minutes to check the trailer in. After waiting 20-25 minutes no one showed up. I disconnected the trailer and went back to main location and was told they were busy and would go down and check it in later, and that we could leave. They should have told me that at the beginning. I also received an email from Uhaul on Sunday asking when we would be dropping off the trailer; however, we had returned the trailer on Friday. I appears they had not checked the trailer in by Sunday.
David HThe location is a disorganized heap of junked cars. The people were incompetent, lazy,and irreverent towards the customers. They demand that you drop the equipment off at a remote location without written acknowledging the return.
John BEquipment stuffed in to too tight of areas with junk cars, boats, trucks etc. No moving blankets available as ordered.
