Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe folks at Diamond Automotive in Hot Springs South Dakota we're outstanding, highly recommended. But the fact that I had to drive 60 miles one way in order to pick up the equipment in the first place was totally unsatisfactory. The reservation was for Rapid City, not Hot Springs. Added 3 hours to my day. Not great.
David KVery easy to work with. Drop off was very simple and painless.
WILLIAM CThe pickup location was 50 miles from my home, where there are numerous U-haul locations and is inconvenient when scheduling a loading crew. I was compensated an extra day and a stipend for the longer drive. We’ll see if it shows up in my account…..
kris bTruck was full of pop bottles and French fry containers. The truck had a warning light about tire monitoring system. I drove truck back and he came out and literally kicked the tires and said I was good to go. My original reservation was for a location 1 hr away. It was a 2 hr drive round trip. The location where you picked up truck and rented were blocks apart. Both closed run down old gas stations.
