Coleman LThe truck I picked up ended up needing a fuel pump and the trailer wasn't hooked up to power and the wiring harness had to be replaced bc the left blinker and brake light didn't work. Had to wait over 2 hours to get a new truck and harness fixed at a different location. Was out a total of 5 hours behind schedule to get on road to move out of state.

Ernesto BThe location service on the App kept telling us we were not at the 6500 address, so we were unable to complete the online rental process. We ended having to drive up the street near the old daycare to get the App to verify our location to start the checkout process. Wasted 50 minutes of our time; which was a horrible experience.

Michael WI paid for a utility dolly, but instead there was a small dolly on the truck that said if I used it, it would cost $7.00. I did not use, nor did I get a utility dolly that I paid for.

Barry FThere were no operable running lights on the trailer. He knew this, told us to just be careful, he said they did work and it must be a blown fuse. Then said have a safe trip and walked away. I did ask if it would be ok and that was his response. They need to update their current location online. They are NOT next to the middle/high schools in Brighton TN. Luckily we were familiar with the area. Other than this is was easy peasy.

JUDY LThe online reservation process is completely misleading. My husband reserved a trailer at the Millington location and they didn't have it when he arrived. He had to drive 20-30 more minutes in the oppose direction to Brighton. We had movers waiting and it out us back at least an hour. I called to speak with them about this and the manager said that someone was supposed to call him but that the reservation was only a "preference" not a guarantee. I said it's not at all clear on the website and that's no way to do business. Even though no one called him, the manager said it wasn't a failure on u-haul's part. Absurd.

Melvin VWhen we arrived to pick up the truck the cost was almost double what we had been quoted at another location and the owner could not give a legitimate reason why he was almost $200 more expensive. We had to have the uhaul that night so we were unable to back out and find another truck.
TIm JJoe was exceptional and very helpful. He made sure I was securely hooked up and all lights worked before I pulled away. Très sympathiques et professionnels.

ROGER RI fell I was charged to.much money I had the uhaul for less then 7 hours and the day before I was supposed to pick it up I received a call tell me the place were I had the appointment set for did not have mine so I had to drive a total of 50 miles out of my was to go pick the rental up pickup time was 7:30am and I returned it by 2:30 pm the same day

JOHNNIE PHave trucks ready. Have key available for customer if you say it will be there. Have someone available that can help when needed. Drop off was another issue. I was told I had driven 20 000 miles and could not return the truck in the app as I was told to do. I never saw the moving pads I reserved. The truck was great, customer service was horrible.

Gaylon CGreat location in Brighton, easy access to Hwy 51 S. Customer Service is outstanding. I plan on using them again soon. Serious, down home, easy check-in and out. Yep, outstanding customer service.
Larrick JNo improvements needed. I received more information from this location when I called in 5 minutes as opposed to talking with 2 other locations in a different county over a period of 3 days. Joe was extremely helpful and eager to answer any questions. Will definitely refer this location to others.
Bryan HThe location was fine but returning the trailer was a BITCH. The website didn't not show we even rented anything. So we logged on as a non customer and entered the order number. It did bring up something but it still didn't give us the stuff to take pictures and return it. It was getting dark and we had to leave it without saying it was returned. I worried all night that someone would steel it. We did call customer service but nothing worked. They could not offer any other help. I asked for a supervisor and they put me on hold and 30 minutes later no one came to the phone. I ended up hanging up. The entire situation I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours and still not resolved. I will NOT ever rent from them again.
James CThe trailer was missing bolts. I had to purchase almost $14 worth of grade 8 bolts and nuts to repair the trailer while I was hauling my furniture.
RICHARD RWe used mobile pick up as we were picking up the truck prior to the opening of the location. There was an interruption in completing the process due to either the app being glitchy or spotty cell service. Online chat assistance and a phone call didn't help and finally the app "caught up" so we were able to complete the pick up. The delay added about 15 minutes to our pick up time so it was not terrible.
