Have trucks ready. Have key available for customer if you say it will be there. Have someone available that can help when needed. Drop off was another issue. I was told I had driven 20,000 miles and could not return the truck in the app as I was told to do. I never saw the moving pads I reserved. The truck was great, customer service was horrible.Bryan S.

No improvements needed. I received more information from this location when I called in 5 minutes as opposed to talking with 2 other locations in a different county over a period of 3 days. The location was fine but returning the trailer was a BITCH. The website didn't not show we even rented anything. So we logged on as a non customer and entered the order number. It did bring up something but it still didn't give us the stuff to take pictures and return it. It was getting dark and we had to leave it without saying it was returned. I worried all night that someone would steel it. We did call customer service but nothing worked. They could not offer any other help. I asked for a supervisor and they put me on hold and 30 minutes later no one came to the phone. I ended up hanging up. The entire situation I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours and still not resolved. I will NOT ever rent from them again.James C.
The trailer was missing bolts. I had to purchase almost $14 worth of grade 8 bolts and nuts to repair the trailer while I was hauling my furniture.RICHARD R.
We used mobile pick up as we were picking up the truck prior to the opening of the location. There was an interruption in completing the process due to either the app being glitchy or spotty cell service. Online chat assistance and a phone call didn't help and finally the app â€œcaught upâ€ so we were able to complete the pick up. The delay added about 15 minutes to our pick up time so it was not terrible.James C.

Someone dropped the ball on this return. I received 2 "courtesy calls" from these people, which I did not need,telling me when the truck was due back. As if I was not responsible enough to know when the truck was due back. When my son returned the truck at 4PM he told the man the truck was not due back until Wed. AT that time the man laughed in his face and called him a liar. My wife manages a large apt. community in McComb, Ms and places U-Haul moving brocheurs in the move-in folders however, this will change.Michael J.

I did not receive a call 24 hours prior to pick-up, and was out of a U-Haul because the one I reserved almost a month prior was scheduled to be picked up by another lady. Luckily she no longer needed it, but that is in-excusable due to the fact that I may not have had one at all, even though I made my reservation way in advance. I am very disappointed and will not continue to use U-Haul services moving forward based on this experience, and the horrible communication and commitment to your customers.Megan M.
