Paul Salazar was very helpful, kind and went out of his way to make our experience positive. He came out and helped us during a snow storm. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Andrea S.I felt like the owner wanted to make more money off me. My online contract said I was given 200 hundred miles and they said that I had driven less than that but that I still owed them 42,00 $ more. He wasn't willing to look up contract online.
Vince F.Tow dolly was rusty, bent and malfunctioning. Service person was not wearing any type of facial mask during service. Equipment malfunctioned. Nice service person but grossly incompetent. Because the equipment was in poor condition and installed incorrectly I had to stop in Grande Junction at another Uhaul location and the service there was top notch and those employees reflect the type of customer service I expect from Uhaul.

Truly excellent customer service would dictate that the vehicle would have been transferred to the location I originally reserved at. Otherwise I had a good experience without any problems.
Kris I.Manager and employees do not honor what was initially said in regards to drop off times and cleanliness of trucks. Run around with employees saying one thing and misleading customers that there wouldn't be extra charges for dropping of a little late or for bringing the truck back in same condition it was taken. Employee refused to acknowledge stating such things, manager would not honor either. Charged double for two days of rental when we dropped off less than 20 minutes late after employee said it would be ok. Charged extra cleaning fees after employee was told the inside was not clean but the outside was, we were advised to just bring it back how you take it. Manager was rude and offered no assistance or customer service simply putting everything off on Uhaul policy and their hands are tied and nothing they can do about it then just walking away into the their back shop. Was hung up on twice when calling in about pick up and drop off reservations. Poor poor customer service all together. Manager refused to give name or Uhaul customer service information to file a complaint.

GERHARD D.I made an online guaranteed reservation for a trailer for 7am. No one showed up. I did not receive reservation confirmation the day before, as promised on the website. I also used the express online check-in. I called the contact number when no one showed up, and got no answer. When I finally was contacted by someone (45 minutes later), they didn't use the online express check-in info at all, and processed my rental from scratch. So don't bother to make an online reservation, or use the express check-in option. Neither one is honored at this location. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Larry F.When I reserved a 26' truck three weeks in advance I would ecpect to have one wsiting for me. And it wasn't. I was given a 20' truck and trailer at additional cost. Even then I had to leave some belongings behind because they wouldn't fit. My last move uhaul was very responsive to my needs. This move seems as though you just didnt care.

Robert Y.Better customer service the trailer wasn't even used and they still charged me the trailer was wobbling on the highway so we didn't want to trust the trailer with a car on it seeing as though it would endanger our self and others we wanted to just park it at another location in Pueblo but no we had to turn all the way back around and risk hurting someone just to bring the trailer back so they can look it over and they still charged me for going halfway to Pueblo and back that will never use their Uhaul Services again

The pick up location had the same drop off location, and several hours after I picked it up, I got a call and text message letting me know my drop off location had changed without giving me any options. Forcing me to drive to the next town down the road. Thankfully I opted to add additional mileage to the contract myself.

What I really didn't like however was the fact that I live 20 miles from the border of Colorado and I got charged extra for going interstate. It seems Unfair seeing that I have been renting from you in seven states over forty years now. And the last trip took less than four hours.
