Forrest BI live across the street from the drop off and there is never anybody there to help anybody. There is no listing of office hours either only a phone number. It is nothing more than a ramshackled old office building with plastic behind the windows.

Ron FIt did take longer then normal to get my rental truck. This is the 8th time I have rented from a Uhaul Dealer in the last 12 months. I did not request the Safe Move Insurance, However it was tacked on to my bill. In the past The clerk always asked first if I wanted it. It took me more time to call Uhaul HQ to get it refunded. I have yet to see the refund. I would go back to this dealer but they need to ask before adding extra items.
