Our vehicle was having trouble towing and the staff at UHaul Discovery Center were helpful and friendly. She contacted dispatch and arranged drop off in Thermopolis instead of Spokane. Now we are able to get our car repaired and hopefully get back home soon
Jason JDrop off is NOT located at the address provided by U-Haul. The address provided is the retail business where rental agreements are signed, not where rentals are picked up or returned. If I was unfamiliar with the town, I would not have been aware the return lot is located a block away and not visible from the address U-Haul indicated. I used self return on Sunday evening and would not have been able to do so had I relied on the incorrect information provided by U-Haul. U-Haul is now forcing me to provide answers to questions I am incapable of answering because they gave no thought to self return when they created this survey. I did not enter the business during my return to know if the location is clean and inviting or the personnel helpful. I am answering no to both questions only because of the poor design of this survey. As for recommending the location to a friend, I had to say no. Only because I know they would receive inaccurate return information. The issue of incorrect information needs to be addressed.
Russell FDrop-off was very easy and staff was great. The app wasn't working but they said not to worry about it, and they took care of everything. So again, staff is exemplary. System, logistics, and loadshare? Probably best that I'm not allowed to rate those...
