The best u haul experience I have ever had
JAY WThe truck I used the engine check light was on an the transmission was slipping. It made it very difficult to drive. My suggestion is to keep through trucks better maintenance.
ANGELA JDobys Shell was called and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes so I hung up and called back. The phone rang and rang and rang and someone picked it up and immediately hung up so I called back and the same thing happened again. I then called uhaul and reported what had occurred. The employee at uhaul answered all my questions and I booked the truck online. When I went to return the truck there was all kinds of problems. First your system didn't recognize my phone number but it did recognize the contract number. Then it couldn't geo location my phone. I had to call customer service twice to finally have them tell me to just put the keys in the drop off box and they documented all the problems I was having. It shouldn't take 20-30 minutes to return a truck.

Ronald WThe cabin was not cleaned completely. Evidence of spilled drink and mud on the floor of the cab. The right-hand [passenger] side mirror is way out of adjustment and is basically useless. We found this scary] When I picked it up, the fuel tank was at 1/4 [regardless of what the contract said]. I returned it with the same 1/4 tank. I should not have been charged the extra fuel charge. It's my bad for not going around the block to show the attendant that the billing for the gas was wrong on the contract when I picked up the truck. :-(

zarneekh bLocation clean and inviting is kind of a misnomer. It's an auto mechanic place and not something that can be clean when you do a lot of business so it's an unfair question in terms of my answer. This place has provided me excellent service with UHauls for the last 5 years.
David PI picked up the truck and it was almost empty. So I had to instantly stop for gas. Honestly, unacceptable. I asked for blankets and they just didn't have any. They didn't seem to care about my reservation at all. Garbage experience.

Michael MReasonable wait time. The truck ran fine, but I had to sweep it out. Do I get the $25 fee for that?? The gas was at 1/8 tank, not 1/4 as stated. I alerted them before leaving and instead of correcting it, I was told to take pix and explain at drop off.

Charles PWhen I picked up my rental the agent wasn't friendly and did not explain the rental process. The truck was dirty..filled with dried up mud... inside the cab as well as in the hauling area. I took picturs and videos. The tank was on less than half. The drive was awful because the truck kept shaking while I was driving. Felt like it was going to break down at any moment. There was no return address provided until after I already had the truck in my possession. I will not be using Uhual in the future for any of my moving needs. Thoroughly disappointed.
TAMIKA CPerson said pickup Personen Miss informed me regarding additional mileage. I was told at pickup I would not be charged for the 33 miles to return rental but at the drop off I was. Employee said I was mis informed yet they would not contact pickup employee to discuss.
Eddie CI have always used this uhaul they are so polite and professional. I have no complaints. They know how to treat the customers.

Cynthia RThe 15' truck I rented had a pallet in it when I picked it up. I was never provided a dolly that I paid for. I was told it's not Uhauls practice to leave palletts in their trucks. I DID NOT PUT THE PALLET IN TRUCK & I WASNT PAYING FOR THE REMOVAL OF IT. PISSED ME OFFF BEING ACCUSED OF SOMETHING I DIDNT DO. I WILL NOT RECOMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE I KNOW EVER. PEOPLE SHOULD CHANGE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES TO BE FRIENDLY, NOT ACCUSATORY!!

MARK DIt's fine, but in my opinion. To offer equipment rental then $160 to install the ball and light connection. Is ridiculous, I imagine if you rent something. You'll rent the attachments to it. But I guess that's how you hustle.

They charged us an extra $30 for fuel bc it wasn't exactly the same amount of fuel as when we got it. I have a picture of the fuel gage and odometer just minutes after we left the lot. I would like those $30 back

Jimmy BMy UHaul application wouldnt work 100 %. I had to call to ensure I could drop off the vehicle in a correct manner. The app gave me 3 steps and never let me chose or provide a location. A representative did help me figure everything out in the end but the application wasn't much help. This location was FULLY packed with Uhaul vehicles and trailers would 100 % recommend as a pickup location but not so much as a drop off
mekhi tExplain how the reimbursement process works if the driver doesn't go over the mileage. Got a uhaul and didn't go over the mileage but didn't get reimbursed like they said I would.
