Maybe have the trucks/rentals sitting in parking lot and not a grassy field?

This was located at someone's house. This is not an appropriate location for a u-haul business. Did not my have the two dollies that we asked for. Failed to put insurance on contract as requested.

I arrived after hours. The place was dimly lit and the surroundings were creepy. Signage pointing to the key drop box was non-existent. Very unprofessional-looking.

A representative explained how to return the truck even though it was 2 minutes before they closed. Very happy with the entire experience!

this was the first time in a long time renting a U-Haul truck; it would have been helpful to have a video sent once the reservation is made regarding the electronic pick-up and drop off process. After drop[ping off the vehicle I went home to log on my computer to check it in only then realizing that I should have downloaded to app on my phone so as to be able to check-in the truck at the drop-off site. Although we dropped off at 2:55 pm, the branch was closed; nevertheless we used the key drop box. thank you - the size of the truck was perfect for moving the in-laws into an assisted living facility.
