This was located at someone’s house. This is not an appropriate location for a u-haul business. Did not my have the two dollies that we asked for. Failed to put insurance on contract as requested.
Joshua GI arrived after hours. The place was dimly lit and the surroundings were creepy. Signage pointing to the key drop box was non-existent. Very unprofessional-looking.

chris Pthis was the first time in a long time renting a U-Haul truck; it would have been helpful to have a video sent once the reservation is made regarding the electronic pick-up and drop off process. After drop[ping off the vehicle I went home to log on my computer to check it in only then realizing that I should have downloaded to app on my phone so as to be able to check-in the truck at the drop-off site. Although we dropped off at 2:55 pm, the branch was closed; nevertheless we used the key drop box. thank you - the size of the truck was perfect for moving the in-laws into an assisted living facility.
