They over charged me for the mileage. I only went 80 miles but the charge me for 122 miles.

The gas was not where it was supposed to be when I picked it up . Also the truck was in poor working condition . It was burning gas at a very fast rate . The place I rented it from was very courteous and good customer service .
LISA CThis location is the only reason my rating is above one star. The entire experience of picking up my van was awful. The original location I booked through at 272 Northside Dr. had no attendant at it even though it is listed as being open until 6. I arrived at 4:30 late from the airport for a pick up that was scheduled at 4. I then did the 24 hour pick up option through my phone. This on its own was difficult to manage as there were technical difficulties on your end with calling my contacts to prove my identity. But once this was done, I could not retrieve my keys because no one was working at this location. So the advertised 24 hour pick up with your phone was incorrectly advertised. I called and after some time you finally found me an available van at a different location that was 30 minutes away. I barely made it to pick up this van. But in all honesty, both locations I went to were confusingly laid out and not places I appreciated getting stranded at for periods of time.
Isabelle GThe rental/check-out process was straight forward. The vehicle was dirty. I did not receive a receipt. I was over charged for 15 miles.
O'KEY CThe online pickup process was glitchy and failed several times despite us have excellent 5G cell service. It took us over 30 minutes to complete the pickup process and required intervention from the customer service team to complete. There was a long wait time on the customer service line also. The on-site U-Haul representative could not help once we had committed to the online pickup option. Very frustrating. Also, this location had no moving supplies that you can typically count on finding at your pickup location which forced us to go find them elsewhere. All of these issues caused a significant delay in our moving day schedule. It just made a stressful day much more stressful.

John MFirst I was not informed of the change in location. I request a hand cart and blankets etc. they only had the truck. The customer service representative worried more about the lottery ticket and cigarette sales than waiting on us. It took 30 minutes to get the keys.
Patricia RBetter reservation scheduling. I reserved the truck for 10am days before, but got a call saying they didn't actually have that truck available then at the location I reserved it at. They found a truck at this location available at 2 pm, but then I went to get that truck and that still wasn't available. I was able to switch to another truck, but that was only by pure good luck. Overall, not the best experience and I will avoid u-haul at all costs in the future.

Amanda SThis location could use some signage to identify the exact area where you should go to rent a U-Haul and the Dropbox for leaving the truck keys. They did not answer the phone and when they did answer they stated several times they had to assist other customers in line and never call me back because they run a grocery store at the same location. I did not get a receipt he said I would receive an email.
LETHA LI would not drop off a trailer to this location again. Clerk was not very helpful, matter of fact told me take a picture of me dropping off the trailer and do the rest online myself. No receipt of return was given or was told to find a spot to park it, never looked to see if I had even had a trailer to drop off. He was not that busy, so throw that excuse out.

MICHAEL MI reserved a twenty foot truck at the candler road u-haul. I came into get it they said that all of the trucks had been reserved and that the pickup of my truck is at another location. No one sent any mention of this . I will rent again this was the first time, usually the candler road u-haul does a great job. For my troubles it would be nice if you reimburse my rental fee from yesterday. Respectfully, John Doran
JOHN DThis was my third location that I traveled to pick up my reservation. I definitely would not recommend 4540 Washington Rd College Park. The representative lied to me about my reservation and showed no remorse about my traveling 3 and a half hours to pick up a truck that was supposed to be there. I don't know why 2588 Gresham Rd Atlanta is open for Uhaul. It was very unsafe area of town. Strange people standing around outside the building. I didn't waste time especially after being told the truck didn't work and didn't offer any solutions. I spoke with a representative from uhaul who helped me with the Glenwood Rd location. It was very refreshing.

Morris HWe had a problem picking up the truck as the in the original location they could not find the reservation in the system and they did not have a 20' truck available so we had to go to another location which was this location and we had to wait again to be seen. When we so the truck location it was way in the back with obstacles. So we had to move the tow dolly out of the way in order to get through.
Daniel NThey should be trained. 2 people didnt speak very good English so it took 3 people and too much time. I reserved a truck for pickup at a different location from this one only to learn The day before the move that I had to pick it up in a different location which was not at all convenient. Very poor experience and would advise against anyone using this location
ROSS SU-haul needs to reiterate the time of pick-up my time was incorrect and I didn't know until I called Uhaul toll free number. I will make sure the time is correct the next time I rent another truck.

loretta fI registered and paid online to minimize counter time. The gentleman working at the store appeared confused even though I showed him my online confirmation. He had to call someone else and I had to wait about 30+minutes. I offered to cancel due to having movers at my house that I had to pay for while waiting. Will not pick up at this location again.

JASMYNE GI had issues making the mobile app work -- it wouldne with my iPad--scanning the back of the drivers license was different tha photographing the front and took several tries, and on check in I was unable to get my phone (iPhone) to report location. Chat help was also not available on check-in and saved the transaction at one point on check out. Love the app and automation--just feedback on what didn't work smoothly. I spent time using this because I expect it to save me time next time I rent. Thanks

Natasha MThe guys at Dollar saver were helpful. U-Haul messed up my order and I had to get it transferred to this location. This was very frustrating on our moving day. I do not plan to ever use U-Haul again because this is the second time I have had an issue with U-Haul messing up my order.
Peter TBoth uhaul key dropboxes / lockers had been damaged & were not usable. The locks on these boxes looked like they'd been forcefully broken into. The rep inside was helpful & agreed to keep the keys inside the store.
Timothy RYou have too be very Careful about watching your Credit/Debit information with these people, they will Rip you off, So please if you are reading this, Just know, Before you rent their Vehicle take pictures in your own phone of the Miles+where the Gas hand is actually pointed too, those are just some of the Charges, and fees their gonna try to justify their scheme, so please, if you don’t have any other options and you have too use these guys, Be safe and pay close attention To your Card even weeks after for Suspicious Activity on your Account Thanks and have a Blessed day.
gregory bDealer was 40 minutes late for my scheduled time for picking up truck. I was initially told he would" be back in 5 more minutes". Truck had a front left bumper hanging off of it. When I returned to tell dealer, he said he had written it down on contract, but not on mine. If I had not needed the truck desperately, I would have left. Very poorly run establishment. Despite the difference in cost, next time I will definitely go with Penske! This time I got much less than I paid for.
Larry CZero assistance with the trailer. As soon as I paid and signed the paperwork, the guy at the counter went back to selling lottery tickets. Didn't come outside to see my vehicle or ask if I had the correct wiring harness (I did not). I ended up paying a guy outside the location (which is a sketchy, bulletproof-glass convenience store) twenty bucks to help me get everything connected, as the trailer was parked on an incline and rolled into the back of my truck when I tried to do it on my own at first. I drove to AutoZone to find the right harness, since the location did not sell any supplies at all. They also did not have the furniture pads I ordered and the person behind the bulletproof glass told me I should drive 5 miles to another location to get them. I will never pick up or drop off at this location again.

Emily DI specifically requested to pickup the equipment at a UHaul store and you jackasses changed the location on me. What is even the point of getting to choose where I pickup the equipment if you are just going to change it?!!?!!!!????
Brittany GThe Glenwood location was fine, but the original drop off location I selected (2000 Flat Shoals Road) apparently doesn't take Uhauls anymore. They were also extremely rude when I showed up and tried to explain to them that they are still in Uhaul's system and that I drove all the way from Florida and needed to drop it off. All in all it was about an hour of hassle that could have been avoided if they were taken out of the system.
