Shane ZOur chosen pickup location (which was a more professional moving location) didn't have a one way rental so we had to go to a different location. There the office was in a dingy automotive transmission repair building where Uhaul was a sideline business at best. Only 1 trailer was available. The inside was ok but outside was covered with black soot and looked like it hadn't been washed in months. The tires were cupped and I worried the entire trip if the would make the 1300 miles.

John WWorst drop off ever. No where to park , no instructions on where to park the large trucks either. Looks more like a junk yard and very uninviting. Very unhappy with the cost of the uhaul.

Shaun LPick up location was not where i was to drop it off. I was charged for dropping it off in same place. Charged to REKEY for dropping key at that location! I put gas in it and cleaned it and was charged for both. Would never go back and never recommend!

DENNIS NJust a unattended lot with no internet service. I had difficulty figuring out where to park the truck and could not complete the self check in. They did call me when they arrived and verified the check in.

Separately, I was frustrated that when we reserved the truck online at a different location you website indicated we'd be able to get the truck at the location close to our home but the website was wrong. It would be really helpful if your website had better track of your inventory availability.

Deb RThe gas tank should be full upon pick up and the customers responsibility to refill to full prior to return. I have always rented from Penske in the past. I have never picked up a truck from them that was at a quarter or a half tank. I also found the ramps on the u haul trucks are shorter than the ramps on Penske. Very frustrating due to the angle of loading some heavy items. The other option Penske has over U-Haul is an air ride seat for the driver. If I was moving long distance, or making a business trip requiring a 26' box truck, I would go with Penske for that reason. My lower back is worth the extra cost. Overall, the trucks were clean and well kept. This was my first experience renting from U-Haul.
EMILY LDon goes out-of-way to make sure the equipment is ready to go. He also has experience with making sure scheduling issues are reduced to a minimum. The service he provides is always exemplary. Dave Rogers

Carl WI think someone from upper management should make an unannounced visit to this location! It's a labyrinth of boxes and garbage. The bathroom seriously looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over a year! I surely wouldn't want my business being represented by this establishment.

Re 'clean and inviting:' Cigelske's is an auto-repair shop, specializing in transmissions, owned and operated by the man whose name is on the building. He's clearly more interested in his work than in making the shop superficially over-clean like a corporate dealership. He deals with each customer one on one, like a person, not a number. He called me to make sure I knew his location. Outstanding customer service. I'd definitely go here again.
Susan MI've rented three times now from Don at this location and every time he has been pleasant, super helpful and willing to go the extra mile for his customers!! I will continue to use Don Cigelski for UHauls because of this reason. He is awesome to deal with !!

David SI'm so grateful this location was open and had a trailer available, especially since it was very last minute. We needed to move a bed 2,5 hours north and the weather was against us and would have destroyed the mattress had we not gotten a trailer. Even though we got there maybe 15 minutes before closing, Don was so kind, and we had a wonderful conversation while he got the paperwork ready. He made what was turning into a stressful situation a lot less stressful. He went above and beyond taking the time to help us get the bed into the trailer. If I am ever back in the Beaver Dam area and need uhaul services, Don's is the first place I'm going to go.
