It's not really about the dealer, it's about the u-haul rental process. Very complicated and slow for the dealers to fill out. Instead of maybe spending fifteen minutes, spend over 30 minutes to get everything done. Corporate u-haul needs to do a better job on their software.

Dale RWas late returning and was threatened by this location on reporting it stolen and calling the cops. Even after communicating with them I was going to be late. Poor customer service and understanding.
