The office at this location was in the back of a smelly garage and cluttered even though I went through the preregistration he still went through the process as if I hadn't . Took way longer than it should've

Couldn't pick up until 10am, then in the midst of the move got a call /message that the vehicle had to be back at 4 - which left us no time to properly pack the truck and move items from 40 miles away. Then on the way back, got a message there was a mistake about the timing. Whatever happened ... it was a major factor in the midst of a challenging move.

Great!! Don is extremely kind and knowledgeable and taught me extremely useful information about putting the trailer on that was helpful during my trip (had to adjust chains once it was full and later take it on/off again for move-in so I wouldn't get towed). Very patient with a young woman who had lots of questions!
