Revamp the whole U Haul app !! Will be hesitant to ever depend on it again! It took 2 phones and customer service on the phone to finish the rental.

Marian FWell one thing is the lock boxes where they put the keys was very hard to get open. Had to jerk the lock back and forth to get it loose.
Rickey BThis was my first time using the mobile 24/7 option. It was very confusing at first and clear instructions were not provided on where the location lock box and scan code was. After finding it and completing the steps, it took 20 minutes to get approved when I had already taken time to enter info on the front end. We were about 45 minutes off schedule.
Deston PUhaul was nasty! Cigarette in door handle and behind seat. Filthy inside. Sticky stuff spilled down shift and dash and side of seat. Cargo area was disgusting. Dried mud and what looked like oil splatters and inside I found multiple roofing nails along with some miscellaneous batteries and such. Worst experience!
