The trailer had a leak that I was unaware of. My mattress ended up getting wet and has a large stain.
Jessica GThe owner was friendly and knowledgeable. The trailer floor had dirt, oil that made it slippery and debris including bottle caps and paper trash in it. U-Haul gets an "F" for giving me the runaround. I reserved this trailer two months ago for an 8am pickup in Malvern. The morning of rental I get notification to go to a store in Exton (20 minutes further) at 9am. I try calling multiple times, no answer. As I went to get in my vehicle I get another notification to go to Downingtown, another 10 minutes further. The treatment I get from U-Haul is abysmal. I've never dealt with such a poorly run company. Topped it all off with charging me $42 instead of the $37 I was quoted. You guys suck.

Christine KYour website and app are both very difficult to use. Thank heavens there was a live employee there early (even though they were closed) or I wouldn't have been able to pick up the van. And by the way I have a PhD in engineering so if even I can't make your website work I really think it needs some attention.

That was why I originally chose to pick up at a location where I could check in with a person. In the future don't change someone's pick up location. There maybe a reason why they wanted to pick up their rental at the location they chose.

Kim WI spent an hour in the cold failing to get the app to work. It didn't have the capability to tell me that I had poor signal at the location, it told me my pictures weren't clear. They were crisp and I tried the process three times before I lost hope. I got a call from support, the first person immediately put me on hold and never answered; another person called me. I was in tears. I thought it would at least be a clear-cut process, but after getting my license scanned on three attempts, it looked like it just populated the information from my license, which I really could have just typed in. The equipment worked. The mirrors on the truck couldn't adjust enough for what I've been used to driving buses, but they got the job done. The heater worked well, and everything on the vehicles was clearly marked, I didn't have to wonder about clearance. The tires probably need some air and it might need an oil change. Drop off was very easy with a live person, he immediately made my experience more of a relief.

DENNIS TMy rental was seamless and the staff was friendly, flexible, and helpful. Maybe my definition of "clean" was expecting too much, but I can say that I returned the van in a much cleaner state - both the cab and the cargo area - than it was when I picked it up. This is not a comment for the location, but for the UHAUL website - tried multiple times to upload my acceptance of the vehicle condition and the site kept timing out - I just took my own photos and kept them in case there were any issues when I returned the van.

Vincent DGiving directions to customers that have tall trucks would be very beneficial so that they can avoid bridges that are short with overhangs that might chop off the top of your truck. I paid attention to this, but some people do not.

Maria MAll the info that is collected in the app on moving day should be collected by the site when you book the rental. I was with 5 other people and the uploading was so slow that it took me 45 minutes to get my truck. That was MOVING TIME not administrative time. I know you save $$ by not having an attendant but why does the customer experience get reduced to raise your profit? Will NOT use this system again.
