LeRoy GI was unaware I needed to refill the gas tank. I thought the $1.99 per mile charge included the gasoline required. Had I known I certainly would not have returned it without replacing the gas. You charged me $5.75 per gallon and I also do not see where that fact was highlighted in the rental agreement.
JOSEPH TThis is the second U-Haul rental in 6 months where the equipment was not up to par maintenance wise. Ac didn’t work , incessant rattle under passenger compartment, and suspension/shocks needed work. Had I not been doing a short local run I would have been really pissed. I pay full price but get shitty equipment. How about a partial refund no ac in 95 deg weather. The location and people at it were really nice and professional just up your maintenance game
