He came out to my car gave me a super friendly welcome and helped me with my bags. His incredible smile and sincere demeanor instantly put me at ease. He talked to me and calmed me down, without even knowing how much pain I was in. He then helped me out with my bags, went over the truck with me and made sure my mirrors worked. He really helped me that day.

Logan G.They were wonderful! Both people I interacted with were great and stayed to help when Uhaul dropped the ball. Uhaul made it really difficult to use the app based pick up. Like needing to call a 3rd party to verify my identity?! That doesn't even make sense. I could give you anyone to lie confirming it. Extremely frustrating. Thankfully the guy at the pick up location was able to do your job for you.

I took the time to document everything before leaving but that's incredibly shady. This place is a crumby used car lot in a dirt pit with no parking. Nobody to help or answer questions either.

AMMIE JR W.Please ensure that the vehicle is in proper mechanical order before leasing to customers. I had a 1600 mile trip paying $400+ per day for ta vehicle that is constantly pulling to the right. And with an auto-transport this is even more stressful! not to mention that my left elbow is now inflamed from consistent pressure over 1600 miles. support wasn't able to help and instead provided another number for me to call. I feel cheated.

STANLEY C.I signed up for counter pickup, but no was there. I followed the 24/7 pickup and the key I got out of the lock box was to a different truck then I was assigned. When the website showed the wrong mileage, I tried to change it and was not allowed. After being "disconnected" from your 800 number, luckily someone showed up and fixed the problem. This delayed me for over an hour. I feel I should receive some money back for my inconvenience.
