When I rented the truck they said you have 3/4 of a tank. When I return the truck with 3/4 of a tank they said it needed to be 13/16 full not quite sure how to measure 13/16 on an analog gauge that $17 you charged me for 1/16 tank of gas made my whole experience with U-Haul taste sour.

Fernando PThe truck must be very close to its retirement at over 130k miles. Steering was loose and pulled to the left. The hinges on the roll-up gate are rusted and do not operate smoothly. That being said it did the job for us and there's no reason I wouldn't use Uhaul again. The folks at Dun Deal were very helpful and got us on our way without any trouble.

DOUGLAS LNever needed to step foot inside the location, but the property was clean, and the woman who helped was friendly and helpful.
JAMES VAdvise customer they will receive time and location sensitive text messages from U-Haul. These messages are annoying when unexpected and received to late to act on.

Johnny BThe inside of the windshield was so dirty & filmy I could not see out of it. You could tell multiple drivers had attempted to clean it on the fly while using the van. I had to stop by my home to get a towel & windex to at least clean a hole that I could see through without a horrible sun glare. It was beyond what paper towels & dirty water at a filling station could handle. Otherwise the van was clean and the personnel at this location are wonderful people.

Rupal LI will never rent a truck from U-Haul again. I needed a truck with a bed that has 15ft to move some lumber. I was told it's 15 feet but in actuality the whole truck is 15 feet. I asked if I can change to 20 feet, I was told no. So I was charged for the vehicle for driving 3 miles and was unable to use it. All you guys care about is money and not customer service. You have lost me as a customer.
