The pick up process was terrible. This is because of corporate U-haul processs. The pick was nothing like the pre pick up video. They required two people to verify me. They called 1 three times from 3 different people. 1 of 2 didn’t answer so they wouldn’t approve the rental. The automated system didn’t like the head shot or photos of then driver license so it wouldn’t approve. On hold for 10 minutes. We finally got to talk to an agent when they called the reference and we were together. Then the system wouldn’t let me accept the terms on my phone. Again, I thought I had completed the rental process BEFORE going to pick up the rental. The agent has the combo to the op k box but took 10 minutes to share it. Took 45 minutes to pick up a rental. I was close to just canceling. The video distributed before hand didn’t explain any need for references or delays. This appears to be intentional but is important when picking up outside of normal hours. Who would guess that references may jot answer at 0700 on a Saturday. Very disappointed May never rent from U haul again if it involves this processes
