This is the second time I've used the mobile check in and it hasn't worked well. When picking up I couldn't connect and kept getting timed out. The result was being late to get start moving. Then when I returned truck I was going through the process and I was almost done and got times out, lost all my progress and had to start over. I Rented a cargo van for $19.95. I declined collision coverage as I'd be driving approximately 20 miles and am a fairly good driver lol. I departed at approximate 2:40pm and upon return at approximately 3:35pm and then waited for assistance due to the location being busy at the time my checkout time was 3:51pm. I drove 23 miles and returned full. Henry advised my total was $48,09 which was about $12 higher than I estimated. After a few minutes Henry advised he misunderstood and accidentally added $10 collision coverage to my rental. This whole story isn't even necessarily being mad about the money but the fact that an employee admits I was incorrectly overcharged and the Area Manager/Owner on site refused to correct the issue. The â€œArea Managerâ€, Craig was next to Henry and advised it's my fault I signed off on it and was actively scolding another employee for changing several reservations information on accident. So you have a day of mistakes by employees and rather than admit fault when the employee admitted it was a mistake he told me I was put on the â€œCautionâ€ list and no longer allowed to rent from this location and told better luck next time trying to rent from U-Haul. The female employee present whose name I fail to remember apologized and provided me a number to call to attempt to correct the bad charges because the Area Manager on site refused to do so even though employee Henry admitted to him he made the mistake. A $48,09 cargo van rental for a trip of 23 miles and approximately 50 minutes long. Not a fan of this location and I've rented U-hauls in the past without issue.Jake B.

The online checkin was not how the instructions and video showed. Took us over 45 mins to get into the lockbox to get the key. A very nice gentleman who works for uhaul happened to be there and he was helpful in finally getting the key. If he had not been there, it would have taken much longer.Brenda C.

We wanted to extend our rental for work. We own a small business. But this location rented all the vans out to ups and FedEx for the holidays. They would rather do business with the big guy. Luckily we found a suv with our insurance company that was willing to help us. No thanks to uhaulEdward C.

I received a dirty uhaul. There were blankets thrown in the attic. Unrolled and not folded. The blankets in the bag were dirty and had other peoples belongings in them so I couldn't use them. In addition to this, I requested an appliance dolly and called to verify the night before that I would have it and when I arrived for pick up they did not have one available. The uhaul worker was very rude to me and I had to wait in line nearly 40 minutes to get the truck. Would not recommend and would not give them my business again.Ashley L.
U-Haul corporate SUCKS! The local providers of trucks are in a tough spot when the corporate web site allows customers to reserve trucks, get a confirmation with a rental number and then show up to find NO TRUCK AVAILABLE. I was fortunate to find another U-Haul truck that same morning but had to drive 25 minutes out of my way to get that truck. When I arrived at the new location I found other unhappy customers who's truck was reserved but not available. Your business model is doomed to fail if you don't fix this as I will NEVER AGAIN rent from U-Haul and plan to tell everyone I know about my experience. If this review is public - DO NOT RENT FROM U-HAUL!Cecil K.

My guaranteed reservation was not held and had to go to a much further location to get a truck. The rental took a long time to acquire and messed up my tight schedule causing me to have to rent for an additional day. That additional cost along with the added mileage cost Iï¸ had to pay was extremely disappointing. Additionally the truck was never checked in or cleaned and REAKED of b.o. It smelled horrible and was very dirty. I've been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and cannot get ahold of customer service. This is the 4th uhaul I've rented in 2 months and every time something has gone very wrong and been way more expensive than It was supposed to be.Katherine W.

I turned in my truck and the employee never checked it in until I called back two days later. Also was told I was be reimbursed a 60$ feeMICHAEL R.
We waited an hour in line having previously scheduling a pickup time appointment. Not sure if those place needs more employees especially on the weekends as they get a lot of business being the only place open in the area. If I had the option I'd rather then be open then not but next time I would definitely be factoring I'm the wait timeKara M.

I feel that the u haul I rented should have been cleaned better, if I'm spending money on a rental I do believe it should be clean, dirty and dusty, with a little bug friend in the window, I would've asked for a discount but felt that might would be to demanding. The truck did not have a ramp to make the moving process easier. If I notice it at the store, I will never take that truck. It was very disappointed when I find out that the truck did not have a ramp. The people at the store were very friend.JULIO G.

I had 2 day reservation but was already finished with 6x12 trailer. I don't have a big yard to park on my property so I decided to return trailer a day sooner. An employee of Duncan Hardware took possession and I was impressed. But after checking my credit card statement I got double charged. Too good to be true for returns to be that easy. Although reservations were made online, waiting in line took forever and really ate into the time allowed to have the truck. As luck would have it, the move went well and we returned the truck early.Kelly S.
They charged us for using a dolly which WE DID NOT USE because we had 2 of our own! Then, they charged us for 4 gallons of gas! We put gas in the truck before returning it and have the receipt to prove it! We returned the truck on the 18th at approximately 6:30 PM. The tank was left well over half full. Between 9/16th and 5/8ths OVER half a tank full! This is ridiculous and unethical! We will never rent from this location or patronize this shop again.Avery H.
