There were no moving blankets. We supplied our own but it would have been a nice to thing to have.

Unfortunately, I'm surprised by the charges; I just travelled below 30 km and was charged $241; when I contacted customer care, it said the truck was taken from Cambridge and given to Brantford. If we had known this before, we would have returned to Cambridge. So, it was shocking and heartbreaking.

The owner was polite and very helpful. The cargo van was in excellent condition.

Better customer service, the rep was on the phone while servicing us. He was less interested in us versus whoever he was on the phone with.

The tires condition was really very bad like total worn out or may be it was not even the winter tires because while I was driving the whole time tires were slipping and getting stuck in snow and even after braking at the very low speed the tires don't had any grip on the road. Many times I had feeling of life and death situation.

When I do the check in online, I cannot still wait to sign and confirm with the pick up store again the details. Also, they need to keep the truck clean. Are very very dirty inside. Need to wear gloves

Make sure gas level is checked before pickup

The location has an internet dead one inside of it so the check in process took quite awhile. The truck also had a check oil warning on the dash as well.

I left 100 deposit wanted to make sure it covered my late fee and my mileage. Roger barnes 905-246-5593 and leanore laforme was the driver. However I want to make sure that I get billed if anything and not her. As I Roger Barnes rented it

The first problem was that I received an email stating that my contract had been cancelled. I was unaware that you call the previous day to confirm, so that is on me, but apparently according to the agent I spoke to at 9am, they had called the wrong phone number. The lady inside the pick up location whom I spoke with was very nice. I was however surprised that when I went in to get the key that I had to go over all of my personal information again and show my driver's license again. Perhaps this is to prove that I am who I say I am, but your website makes it sound like you just go inside to pick up the key and a couple of minutes later you are out the door. If I ever use your service again I will just go inside to do the transaction, instead of wasting time entering everything on my phone, only to have to redo inside. The truck inside was ok for cleanliness but the outside had spiderwebs over it from being under a tree. Also the front was covered in bugs. No issue to me but I certainly don't want to be charged for someone washing it.

U-Haul was ready and available when we showed up 30 minutes early for our scheduled pickup time. Truck was clean and had no issues during our rental. Owner was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a moving truck. Merci encore!

The truck was an amazing moving experience, but the reason I gave it 2 stars is because we were charged for gas on top of the milage. Instead of $30 we were charged $86 total just to use it locally. Charged me $56 for gas. Felt like we got ripped off.

Everything about the uhaul app is horrible. I will never rent from your company again

When I dropped off the truck with a full tank of gas the rude store worker told me, that although it was over the fill line, that it should be "fuller". He was rude and was going to charge me for a full tank of gas. Made me feel as though I was trying to rip him off.

Van wasn't not very clean inside. Representatives were ok, although did not do a walk around before or after, and asked me to take picture of mileage vs confirming themselves

Remove the ability for customers to rent U-HAUL's from Dundas Variety in the future. The clerk absolutely had no idea had to do her job properly, she failed to give me the proper information on the pickup truck I rented. I almost called the better business bureau that's how bad she failed to do her job.

When I showed up for 9 am to pick up the truck I rented, the truck was no where to be found. The worker was nice about everything but you could tell it's too much for this location to have the uhual pick up. It was pure chaos for about 45 minutes before he gave me someone else's rental to which he told me I had to be back soon. I had booked my pick up over a week ago and didn't even get to use it for the time I needed it for. Also I remember seeing on the website when I booked that I would receive 50$ if the truck was not there. I was not offered anything and charged full price which I believe was not right. I was even handed a phone to talk to someone from U-Haul and the store clerk sent me out to swap the truck for km To miles because he didn't have time to do it.

Two empty pop cans rattling around behind the drivers seat, box hadn't been swept out, truck has a pull to the right when driving, windshield wipers were useless. Parking is very tight at this location. I had to move another rental vehicle just to get into the cab of the one i rented. Staff at store were fine. I was in and out fairly quickly.

They did not have moving blankets or anything beyond the vehicle. The vehicle displayed SERVICE STABILITRAK and I was told not to worry about it. OK for the price, but definitely nothing special.

While the service wasn't bad the entire time we were registering the gentleman was on his phone talking. Well the other guy was talking. I was sometimes distracted by what he wanted me to do to complete the rental agreement. I still like old fashion service that makes the customer feel like they matter.

There was an AirTag hidden in the truck by the owner of the vehicle, which was not disclosed to me. This resulted in me needing to bring the truck to the police station which was a major inconvenience and caused me to be late with dropping off my truck, which resulted in extra amounts being withdrawn from my account.

This was a great & convenient location to rent from! Polite and friendly employees, plus fairly expedient service. However: The truck that I rented had NO heat at all!! Which means that it also had NO defrost!! Not only is this dangerous for driving but we had to leave the windows open a bit to prevent them from fogging up. This, of course, made the inside of the truck even colder, escalating the need for heat!! Not to mention the local outdoor temperature reaching only a high of 7°C (56°F) on the 1st day and a high of 2°C (36°F) on the 2nd day. The second issue we had was that the truck was not clean! The console where the cup holder and change tray are, had not been cleaned and the floor mats were covered with dried mud and the back of the truck had not been swept out! The next issue we had was the gaping hole in the truck above the "attic." We had some light showers and had to locate something to cover our boxes with. It was very fortunate that it didn't actually rain! Another problem was with the passenger door. It didn't close properly and had to be slammed to close it. Even then, it still rattled while driving. Overall; we are unsatisfied with the truck that we rented and expect some type of compensation for the inconvenience, additional work required, safety risk and added stress!! And before you tell me that we should have called and arranged a truck exchange; I will explain in advance that we were working under a time limit and that idea would not have been possible! Besides, the whole point here, is that the truck we rented should have been in tip top condition from the second the key was handed to me!!!

Wasn't told this was a 24 hr location with a lock box. The store was open, but the person just told me to use an app to check in. App didn't work. Took 1 full hour on the phone/multiple attempts at using app to check in. Vehicle didn't have appliance dolly. Another truck leaving the lot at the same time had the dolly and we luckily stopped them before they drove away

Chose option to rent a dolly. They had no dolly making my move much more difficult. I had to wait for a customer to leave the convenience store to get the truck out as the parking lot is extremely small. The truck sounded EXTREMELY rough when driving it and billowed white cloud from exhaust while driving

Unfortunately there was a language barrier between myself and the person making the U haul arrangements. English was a second language for this individual. Therefore I was not clear on what was expected regarding pre inspection etc. The truck was not clean.

The location is surrounded by road construction making it difficult to access. The staff person was carrying on a personal phone conversation while serving me. I had to tell him to chose me or the conversation but don't try to do both.

The guard limited my ability to put items that were 13,5 feet long. Had. To rent another vehicle somewhere else to fit that. Guard also posed blind spots and made tbings unsafe. Should be removed. B

The van I rented was very dirty inside and outside. The blankets were dirty too. I reserved a skid and when I got there they let me know that they don't have have and I would have to go to another location to pick it up. The place was hard to find because the roid is under construction. People in the store were nice and offered a good service in general.

Truck was dusty and dirty in the back. Also the driver side door had an air pocket at the top of the door and the wind sound once you got over a certain speed was very loud. The location parking lot was very tight and not well maintained.
